**Disappointing Experience – Developer Only Cares About Sales**
I purchased this Metin2 bot expecting regular support, updates, and active development. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
The developer seems to be focused only on making sales rather than supporting existing customers. Updates are extremely rare, even when bugs and issues are reported by users. Communication is also a major problem. The developer is very responsive when someone is interested in buying the bot, but once the purchase is completed, getting a reply becomes difficult or nearly impossible.
For a paid product, I expected much better customer support and a stronger commitment to improving the software. Instead, it feels like existing customers are ignored while all attention is directed toward attracting new buyers.
I cannot recommend this bot unless you are comfortable with limited support, infrequent updates, and poor communication after purchase.
