I snagged this at a great price and it’s pretty quirky. Quality is decent, though not fantastic. Would love some sturdier materials and brighter colors, but it’s still a fun addition.

I paid for the longest version of the walking/defense stick and received the short one.
I will try to get ahold of customer service, but previous reviews are not encouraging. More to follow.

items not as described, prices not great anyway, no clear return policy, have to pay to ship back, and then no guarantee that they will actually refund.

Ordered overalls that were stated to be made in Tennessee and be wool.

They are made in China, shipped from China and are 100% polyester.

To return them would be crazy expensive to ship them back.

Total scam.

Paid $66.00 for a retractable "hiking stick"/ security stick. Arrived after a couple months and the stick does not work as advertised. I sent customer service a chat and included a video as requested. They said if I return I am responsible to pay for it and it would take a long time. They offered me to keep the item and they would compensate me $4.00!!

I purchased the longest automatic spring stick for $42.98 which came in good time, but does not appear to be the longest automatic spring stick that I ordered. I want to return it, but there is no receipt or invoice with which to return this short device.

This sweater is totally cute in color, comfort and is a true medium. Will be super cute for halloween time!

I wanted a witch hat that didn’t look like your typical Halloween store one. I was surprised by the quality and heaviness of this one. I wish they had a kid’s size one for my daughter!
