It's the first time I have bought a football shirt from Cult Kits and it certainly won't be the last.
I received my shirt this morning, four days after my purchase, it was well packaged and the shirt is in excellent condition as described.
I had a few questions about the shirt and requested a couple more pictures, Mr David Jones who I was dealing with couldn't have been more helpful, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, thank you David.
I highly recommend Cult Kits, I have already recommend them to my friends.

Cultkits has a great selection for used and even brand new vintage shirts. The exact out to pit measurements weren’t on the product description and I wasn’t sure if those changed in almost 20 years, so I contacted them and received an email in 5 minutes that they will send the exact measurements for 3 shirts I was interested in. Once purchased the shirt was sent out next morning to arrive 2 days after placing the order. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with an independent online shop! I can highly recommend shopping with them and I am sure when the right shirt will hit their shop I will too. Thanks so much Cultkits!

Have purchased lots pf kits from Cult Kits in the past all have been great quality authentic kits.
Recently i purchased a kit that had a manufacruring defect causing all the sponsors to come off in a wash that was in accordance with care instructions on the tag. The kit arrived sealed bnwt so there would have been no way for them to know of this. Upon contacting them, even outside of the eligible return period it was one of the most seamless customer service encounters i've had, and have since recieved a full refund.

Excellent service. I received a shirt with stains and got an exchange for the same model. The return process was very quick and easy, I also got help dlfrom cult kits with documents required by the customs agency in order to get back the import tax that I payed for the first t shirt.

I've ordered from Cult Kits on two occasions. The first order came quickly, despite living in the US, and the shirt arrived as described. There was a mix-up with the second order, though. Despite an initial mix-up with the sizing of my order, David from customer service at Cult Kits went above and beyond to swiftly rectify the situation!

In a world of mass-produced merchandise, I would say Cult Kits stands out for their authenticity, and outstanding customer service, as cliche as that may sound. If you're looking to add a touch of nostalgia to your collection of kits like I am, look no further than Cult Kits!

Excellent customer service. My order seemed lost due to an issue with the delivery service, so I contacted the support team and they were very friendly while they assisted me investigating what happened. Eventually, we were able to figure out the issue and my package was delivered successfully.

Their catalog of vintage kits is great too. Found a few that I had in my radar for a while and now I can proudly display them in my collection.
