Just a fantastic experience. It's a breath of fresh air in the current climate to get good service and David at Cult Kits was great. Not only did he give me discount after order (when I had missed it when ordering), when they sent the incorrect item he sorted it out swiftly and allowed me to keep the wrong item to save me the faff of returning. I purchased a Totti Roma jersey because he was an absolute legend. The shirt came brand new with tags and still had the new football shirt smell from 2016.

Great customer service! Purchased a T-shirt from this site as a birthday gift for someone but was concerned about deliver times. The team were super responsive and helped me change the delivery to a quicker option so that it arrived in time. The T-shirt is lovely, sure the recipient will be really happy to receive it!

Ordered a brand new jersey with tags, it arrived with the number and name on the back slightly faded. It's very clear they do not properly store jerseys or just get used ones and put the tags on. For the amount I paid, I expect the jersey to be in excellent condition

My order was shipped on 3.4.23, but not yet arrived in Denmark. This is very disapointing as my grandson did not get his birthday present :-( last week.
I´m not satisfyed with Cult Kits service.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Excellent service and amazing product. The shirt I ordered looked brand new despite it being from 2014 and customer service was really helpful. Definitely not the last time I’m buying from Cult Kits.
