I Ordered 3 water bottles on 3-17-26
Received them on march 28th. Within 2 weeks the inferior material on all three lids started flaking off, posing a safety hazard to us. Tryed to get a hold of cuprul customer service many times, no one to contact to help at all to hear my story. Even though I went through a few disputes, sending my evidence pictures, kept being rejected. At this point I want others to do their research and listen to these honest reviews about the company.

Didn’t even want to give it one star! Water bottle was supposed to be copper and it’s says on the box stainless steel. Website says to contact them by phone or email.- they do not reply to any of my emails and there is no phone number to call. On website, the packaging is lovely. My water bottle came in a crummy cardboard box. Nothing like the packaging shown. I would not give this as a gift in this packaging.

Do not buy this item. It’s not copper it’s stainless steel with a plastic lid. Dosent even come in the fancy packaging advertised. Comes from china. Not what I ordered. And I paid $87 NZ for this. They are scammers.

Fake items. This is not copper at all. Fake Fake!! I'm very regret to spend my money on this order. I order 6 of them to give to friends for gifts, end up being so disappointed. I wish I read everyone's review first. I write one review for those who looking to buy to not fall into this scam. 0 star I would give if possible.

THEY ASK FOR YOUR BANKING INFO WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS!!! RED FLAG!!! REPORT TO RCMP ANTI-FRAUD CENTER AND ALERT SHOPIFY!

Fake fake fake all crap these bottles are not copper at all. Claim to be 100% copper, the web site shows these are the best thing out there but it's all fake and pyou will not get your money back from these scammers. Disgusting sending everything i can to BBB and everywhere I can. Don't trust this website.

would leave zero stars if possible. ordered from an instagram ad. add showed solid copper water bottles, engraved, in a very nice looking box. my order for 4 bottles arrived, in cheap packaging that clearly states: "made in china, made of painted stainless", with a cheap plastic cap. this is obviously a bait and switch scam. emailed customer service for a return and refund, no answer for 7 days, started dispute with credit card.

This company saying they have 100% copper bottles when you recieve it its stainless steel tinted copper it takes forever to come and they never reply to you emails Scams. I'm trying to return the bottles and they not responding.

I got taken too! Absolutely not copper. The color isn’t even copper not even close. Plastic thread collar on the lid. Absolutely garbage! I hope no one else gets taken by these scammers.

I got my water bottles and holster! That is much better than I expected. The outside may be actual copper? The inside looks like stainless steel. I will use a lead test on some distilled water I store in the bottle for a week. I have Parkinsons, so can't take any chances. I took photo's but cannot post until tomorrow. The holster is ok. Can't be sure if it is real leather or not. The package says it came from ShenzhenCity,Guangdong province. It says stainless steel vacuum pot on the box. Translation may be the main problem if I give the people the benefit of the doubt. I will just keep it to remind me to check before I buy online. I will hang a bottle above my desk to remind me. Sending stuff back has not been good lately. Why do payments always go thru in couple of days but charge backs take 6 months? Who is hanging on to the money? It took 24 days for me to get my order. Hope it helps world peace...

Horrible company! Scam artists. Do not buy anything from them. They do not return email for returns nor have a customer service phone number.
The copper bottles are trash from China and I wouldn’t let my dog drink from it.
Cheaply made and probably not copper - they should be reported for fraud.

Total scam!

These "copper" bottles are labeled as stainless steel. They are weirdly shiny copper color on the outside and some other yellow material on the inside (nothing about it looks healthy). There is no hint of copper in any of it other than bad coloring. It's more Chinese garbage. Lesson learned. As with typical Chinese garbage, you can send it back for a refund, but shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will cost you 2x the cost of the bottles. These are going in the garbage.

This is a scam!
Received the product slightly damaged. It is painted, labeled as a different brand, and labeled as stainless steel material.
I have reached out and requested a return for weeks but no response. Sometimes even receive an email saying the email they listed is not valid (not a kick back email), although I get automated emails from that same address multiple times a week.

If I could get a MINUS STAR for this company and it’s products I would!

Worst cusomer service ever. Order process set up to auto-order a "leather" bottle holder, unless you specifiy you don't want it. It's ugly AF and IS NOT REAL LEATHER but rather cheap vinyl, an extra $18.00 for utter shyte. Wondering if bottle is actually stainless steel disguised as copper. Four messgaes went ignored and unanswered. Beware of these quick-buck grifters.

I bought a copper bottle for £90.00 on 5th from Cuprul. Its advertised on instagram has a healthy way ( water/copper) to drink water. it is a nice bottle but I feel fooled as it was supposed to be copper and its actually stainless steel ( copper colour ). When I try to return email the company I get a message in my mail app -cannot send as this email may contain a virus - very worrying !!!
