Curacubby has been a great enrollment and tuition platform for our preschool. We have around 100 students total across our campus. Most of the time, the parents find it easy to use for registration and paying tuition. There have been a few glitches here and there that we can't figure out, but overall it has been easy.
Owen from the Curacubby Support Team has assisted me a few times with different requests, and each time he is quick to reply and fix any issues, which makes it so helpful when we are getting down to the wire to get things ready for registration. I really appreciate the quick responses, and asking clarifying questions before completing any requests we make. I'm not sure if Clementine is still there, but she is always super helpful with refund requests I submit.
Overall, we have greatly benefited from Curacubby, with very few hiccups along the way.

As the financial administrator of our preschool, I am very happy with the service we receive from Curacubby. The many accounting reports I can generate are very useful for monthly financial statement purposes, as well as tracking payments and reconciling to our bank account. All of the people I've dealt with at Curacubby are very helpful and able to answer any questions I have. Most recently, Sam helped me customize and input all our school programs, so helpful!! Our school made the switch from paper-based registration and billing to Curacubby in January 2022, and it's made a huge difference in our ability to manage and track our payments. Our families appreciate the convenience and ability to pay by bank transfer or credit card.

The Curacubby team worked with us to set up our system, including customized programs we offer like half-days and 2-day/3-day options. They also help me by processing refunds and have built custom reports I've requested. Everyone on the Payments and Support teams has been terrific to work with. If you haven't made the switch yet, I highly recommend them.

I really like the program, now that I've learned so much. Starting was really hard, and if you have multiple user, training to all, at the same time, makes a big difference.

Curacubby is easy to access however you can't print unless you download each individual screen (invoices, etc). Their staff/ customer service is great!

Curacubby staff is always prompt and efficient. It brings peace of mind to have someone knowledgeable always getting back to you within a few hours of any issues with my billing

This application is very practical a, it allows us employees to have the assurance of being able to work in a healthy environment
