I was poorly organised post Xmas and fell short. The gals at Curaleaf were super swift and super helpful at getting a new prescription turned around and out the door for me. I'm also quite a difficult person I think but Olivia in particular has always remained very patient and generous spirited with me for which I'm very thankful. I'm very thankful for everyone there, they have helped me change the very nature of my thinking about weed.

So I started the Curaleaf 10mg THC,10mg CBD Pastilles (Mixed Berries)
Wow just wow they have helped my pain so much ive got really chronic pain and its really hard to mange with just flower as its so complex I got there to help with sleep and what I got I did not expect for the 1st time in my whole life im 40 next month I felt so comfortable in my body ive had such be costochondritis for 2 years just wont get better and slipped rib syndrome aswell as fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis of the throdic spine and all of that pain went apart from my back pain but that wont go but everything else went it felt ao weird to not be in pain is this how people feel wow so yeah they defo work but bang on 4 hours and pain hit me like id been hit by a bus and beat up everywhere was so sore but they work which is the mean thing and I can now have a bit more to continue to feel comfortable i spoke to Bushra at curaleaf pharmacy to say how well they have worked for me she was really nice and took the time to listen

Kate was amazing sorting out my delivery for next day on the same day of payment. I really appreciate Katie's patience with me and their fantastic customer service. Kate listened and was very helpful. Thank you for your kindness.

Bushra followed up on my delivery, which had been held up for ten days through no fault of Curaleaf. She was very helpful and came back when she said she would and arranged for future changes to my delivery

I have been with this pharmacy for few years and my overall experience is really positive, its my only pharmacy I have an experience with therefor I cant compare it with others however the experience with online account and procedures are really pleasant, easy payments thru Apple pay and general overview of the portal . Recently I have been dealing with a missing delivery delayed by Royal Mail and the pharmacy has been really hard working at the time so in the background to resolve the issue with Royal Mail and the issue was resolved as expected from my view. The person who had taken a care for me was really easy to talk and listen to , really productive with an solution and really helpful, she has been really professional and so pleasant at the same time , thank you Ms Bushra for your care.

Really quick answer on the phone line, prompt resolution of the reason for call. Bushra was super understanding, friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

Good company overall however low stock levels or alot not in stock and takes about a week to get meds by time you receive it 1 pack of needs is no good because you can only take your perscription from date it's sighned to date it finishes so if it's dated 10 Jan till 10 Feb you will lose a week meds because there slow at sending out about week

Very easy to use,no issues with waiting times , I spoke with Julie who was very efficient in dealing with my issues ,it was resolved very quickly,with no hassle ,Julie was very polite and very quick to get to the bottom of my concern, brilliant May I also point out my delivery was with DPD no issues with them everything was communicated in an appropriate manor no concerns with DPD at all
