Cheap products. The free membership is a scam. Bad customer service.

Very good Customer service. Amy resolved quickly on an issue with my order.

I was concerned that the next day shipping was changed to delivery in 7-10 business days so I addressed the issue and was surprised and happy to receive a prompt and sincere response.

This hair styling tool has truly transformed my morning routine. It heats up quickly, allowing me to style my hair efficiently. The results are consistently smooth and polished, with a beautiful shine. I appreciate how gentle it is on my hair, minimizing damage. It's a fantastic addition to my beauty arsenal.

Amy was very quick to respond to my questions about the VIP membership. I haven’t received my styling tool yet but hope it is effective and easy to use!

Not sure how this is Canada anything. They claim overnight shipping - from China!!!
Also, numerous attempts made to charge my credit card for “subscription fees”

Been emailing daily - no response!

Don’t buy this!! It doesn’t curl your hair, and request for return, they don’t reply your email!! Scam and fake!!

BEWARE…..
I placed order for set and case. This allowed a FREE VIP membership (have invoice showing added FREE)
This company proceeded to charge me a separate 8.95 on my credit card for a VIP membership - a totally UNAUTHORIZED transaction. I contacted company to reverse sending receipt of purchase include a FREE VIP membership.
I am now told they CANNOT REFUND this charge and proceeded to tell me how great this membership (monthly charge by the way) Is…I DID NOT APPROVE this charge yet they refuse to reverse this charge.

This is unacceptable service…I will fight this charge through my credit card…I have NOT received my set as yet but will be returning as soon as arrives….(prob have to pay for return!!!! )….but I refuse to do business with a fraudulent company who deems it acceptable to add charges to your credit card without your approval or authorization !!!!! Totally unacceptable and UNtrustworthy way of doing business……

You can bet if have any problem with your product you will find ZERO REFUND!!

Apparently now have two VIP accounts…a free one and an “unauthorized”payment for another???

While the 5-in-1 styler is not a bad product given the price point, I was more disappointed with the false advertising on the site regarding VIP membership being free and the ability to cancel membership. Most sites offer a free membership for the first month, then you are charged the next month. When I signed up I was charged THE NEXT DAY for the membership! When I reached out to customer support - while the team was quick to respond and friendly - they were unable to reimburse the charge and said they would cancel my membership (also not the button for "manage membership" on the website does not work). A month later I was charged yet again as the cancellation wasn't processed. Again, the support team said they could not process a refund for the membership charge. Do not purchase if you think you're going to get a great deal and be able to cancel memberships like how most other sites work. I wouldn't be surprised if this keeps occurring and I end up paying full price for an ok-working product that I only bought because 1) it was affordable for my single income and 2) to support a Canadian company.

I recently ordered a hair dryer and had a few questions and confusions about the product. I reached out for assistance, and Amy was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase.
My package is currently on the way, and based on the great customer service so far, I’m really excited to receive it.
The customer service experience really stood out to me because of how patient and friendly she was. It made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free.

I was skeptical about the purchase having been a stylist myself. I decided to wait on purchasing the carrying case in case I didn’t like the product. I love it! It’s so lightweight and works exactly as it’s advertised to work. I have embraced my grey hair and I have been letting it air dry because it’s so frizzy if I blow dry it. Well it’s frizzy no more with these tools! And it’s quick too! And the blow out LASTS! I’ve slept on it and my hair still looks great. So I ordered the case lol. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

They will charge your credit card for things without permission. Charge 20 for expedited shipping. But then say they are too busy and it will take over a week or 2. Reported them for fraud as they are charging my card for stuff I did not give permission to do. Run. Save yourself the scam. I keep asking for a refund and get ignored. Haven't even received the package and already so much regret.

Amy was extremely helpful and patient. I get frustrated very easily and she handled the situation very professionally. My package had issues in the delivery that took a few months to sort out. Amy responded to all of my inquires promptly and always let me know that I was not forgotten.

I had a very quick and timely response from Amy. I really appreciate her getting back to me as soon as she did.

My Hair Has Never Looked This Good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐*

I’m honestly blown away by the Calls Lab hair device. I’ve tried my share of stylers and “all-in-one” tools that overpromise and underdeliver, but this one actually lives up to the hype.

*What’s in the box*: 5 attachments, and every single one earns its place. No filler pieces here.
1. *Auto-wrap curling barrels*: These are magic. I have stubborn, pin-straight hair that usually drops curls in an hour. The auto-wrap gives me bouncy, salon-looking curls that last _two days_ with just a light hairspray.
2. *Smoothing brush*: My weekday hero. I can go from bedhead to sleek, frizz-free hair in under 10 minutes. It smooths without flattening volume, which is huge for my fine hair.
3. *Volumizing round brush*: Gives me that blowout look at home. Lift at the roots, curved ends, zero arm workout. Saves me $60 salon trips.
4. *Firm smoothing brush*: For when I want glass-hair straight. Glides through without snagging and kills flyaways.
5. *Concentrator/dryer base*: Dries my hair fast without the heat damage I got from my old dryer. Even heat, no hot spots.

*Why I’m obsessed:*
- *No extreme heat damage*: Uses air flow + controlled heat instead of frying your hair at 450°F. My ends look healthier after a month of use.

*The results*: My hair is shinier, softer, and I get compliments constantly asking if I just left the salon. For the price of 2-3 professional blowouts, I have salon results on demand.

If you’re on the fence: get it. Calls Lab nailed the design, the performance, and the fact that all 5 attachments are genuinely useful. It’s replaced my entire styling drawer and my hair thanks me daily.

*Final verdict*: Wonderful doesn’t even cover it. 10/10, would repurchase and recommend to everyone.

They claim that they have a 60 day trial period. I tried it for one day, could tell right away it would not work for my hair and asked for return to refund. Apparently, they will not refund because it has been used. So I guess the 60 day trial is meant to sit in the box unused. Total Scam. Also poor build quality on the items. DO NOT BUY!!!

So I haven't even received the product yet. Let's start there. You pay $20 for express 24 h shipping (it's the only option) only to be told they're experiencing high volumes of orders and there's a 7-10 business day delay. It's been about 14 at this point. And this product does not come from Canada. Any product being shipped with uniuni is coming from China or overseas. I have very low expectations for the product (if I ever receive it)

The handle on the multistyler is difficult to hold. The return process is ridiculous and really non-existent. I have not used the curler at all. I am told I can return it through a US address or if I wish to keep it I can accept a 20% return on my purchase. I purchased this as it was called CurlsLab Canada. This is not an honouraable company,
