These jeans are ugly, sized wrong and in no way match product description. I ordered 2 Tall for myself 5'7 and 1 Average for my 5'4 daughter. All of them were too short. These are so ugly. Two bootcut are gigantic bell bottoms. The straight cut are also bell bottoms... I followed THEIR Return policy procedure; they do not follow their own policies. It became a ridiculous back and forth of partial refunds, coupons for future purchases(!) and veiled reassurances that the product I returned would not pass INSPECTION for the refund and any compensation would no longer be offered because of the 14 day clause in their return policy. The slow boat to China apparently takes longer than the policy was implied. These people are a disease and should be banned under any name, in the USA.

I purchased two pair of jeans from the company and when they arrived they were much too large. In order to get a refund you have to email the company support center to get a return address. I did that but three emails later, they are still arguing with me and trying to get me to keep the jeans, resell them and take a 30% discount on my next purchase. Each one of those three email responses from me all stated all I wanted was a return. I did not want any more jeans and they're refusing to do it. I filed to complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

ZERO stars! Jeans are not correct and sized wrong! They are trying to scam me out of $75 right now... do not trust them!

Wow wish I’d come to Trustpilot before I bought from this “ company “. Just exactly more of the same complaints. No returns, give to charity or relative, too much hassle for ME to return the pants like they know what I consider a hassle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not Judy Blues and I don’t even know how they came up when I was purchasing Judy Blues. (Or I thought I was) How do these people get away with this? ( Idid give them a piece of my mind along with my payment. )

These are not Judy Blue jeans. I ordered two pair and when they came they were the wrong length. I ordered petite and they are super long. The straight leg pair I ordered are so ugly. The legs are huge. It's my own fault for not researching this company more and I'm feeling quite embarrassed that I got scammed. Anyway, I emailed them immediately for return information as there is nothing for returns on their website. They told me it's too expensive and too much hassle to send them back and I should give them away or sell them. In addition, they offered me $13.00 and a $30.00 coupon for a future order. Like I would ever order from them again! I've already reported their ad to Facebook and I will leave negative reviews everywhere I can. They will just change the name of their business and continue to scam people. Buyer beware!

complete thieves… Buyer beware do not buy these jeans. They are not real. They are fakes. They are not Judy blue… I paid $59 for a pair of fake jeans that you could buy at any discount store for $10… They are huge three sizes too big I bought the smaller size available. Trust me when I tell you they are fake. This guy is a complete scammer even though the website says they will refund your money back. They don't they offer you eight dollars and tell you to give the jeans away I will be reporting them to Facebook to PayPal and my bank… These criminals are everywhere. It's amazing they go on Facebook they seek out consumers and then when anything goes wrong, they keep your money and tell you to give your product away the guys is a complete creep. Yes, it is a guy and he is from the United States. He shipped these items out of his home, so obviously it's his connection from China… Do not waste your money because that's what it will be. It will be a waste of your money trust me the guy is a complete thief.

I wish I had searched for these reviews before I purchased 3 pair of jeans. Like everyone said they are not Judy Blue jeans and not an American Boutique.
Currently using PayPal to get a return but they want me to pay to ship back. I shouldn’t even have to send them back for committing fraud!

I would give them a zero if I could. However, I am going to give them one star so that I can warn others not to purchase from the website. I ordered Judy blue jeans and received a knock off cheap pair with no brand and different sizing (XL instead of numerical). I am in the process of trying to get a return for a refund, however I am not feeling very hopeful, considering that they miss represented their product online and essentially committed fraud.

Product was advertised as Judy Blue Jeans. They ARE NOT Judy Blue Jeans. They are not any brand at all. Denim is thin, not even going to try and return them They did NOT come from their “warehouse” in California. Shipped from China. Total rip off.

BAD BAD BAD...fake Judy Blue jeans. I paid 47? for garbage and they wont return. They offered me 8$ and suggested I gift them to a friend. UGH. I thought it was a judy boutique but was china garbage. i wad duped.

Stop- do not order. They changed there name online to AZ fashion which is what was the name they used when charging my account. However, the email is from Curvybody.
I tried to cancel the order the same day and was given the run around until…oops too late, the order has already shipped. Now trying to return the unwanted product for a refund has become a nightmare.
Next step, Better Business Bureau and trying to file a claim on my account to see if PayPal will refund the $.

If there was a zero - I would chose that score. First of all, after I purchased, there was no follow-up and a VERY long delay in getting my clothing because they came from China. I could not figure out when my clothing was going to arrive, but I did not think it would be a 30+ days. And, when they did come, they had a weird smell to them, the quality was terrible (holes in the clothing, pockets not sown correctly, one leg longer than the other, inconsistent sizing between garment, etc.), and it was clear that a number of the items were not as advertised with synthetic materials. When I tried to return several of the items, I found that I had to email customer service and they asked a series of bizarre questions -- including WHERE ON MY BODY each item of clothing did not fit. They take days to respond and would not provide return instructions. When they did respond, they only offered me a discount on my next purchase. I will never be a repeat customer.

DO NOT BUY! I REALLY NEED TO LEARN TO READ REVIEWS. This jumpsuit was cheap and made for someone much smaller and shorter than me. I bought an XL (usually wear a L, but wanted it baggy; 5'9/ 190lbs) and it WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE RIGHT SIZE. Total waste of money. Lesson learned :(

Bought Cap-Sleeve Smocked Front-Zip Shirt Dress. This dress was described as Cotton with a modal lining. It was synthetic with no longer. They offered me $7 to keep it.

I ordered a dress, didn't like it, and went to their website to set up a return. There was no way to do it, so I wrote to their customer service. They basically will not let me return it, despite what their website claims, and keep saying it's too complicated and surely I wouldn't want to go through that. Instead they keep pushing a 20% off coupon, which I don't want, since their response has been so weird and evasive.

The product is good, well constructed and the materials perfect for summer. Unfortunately customer service is horrendous. Where have you heard that instead of returning a product they want you to buy another one again without a refund of an item that doesn’t fit. They even suggest for you to resell it or give it to somebody who needs it! Yes, they give you a coupon or discount for next item but that’s just unreasonable and very poor customer service. It’s a shame because the clothes are very nice.

Scam! Using Judy Blue ads to solicit sales. I'm currently contesting charges with paypal and AZ fashion the company who charged me. First they offered 10% back, then $8, now we're up to $20, when the total was $46.98usd. This is the run around they give you to get you to give up. They want me to pay to ship back internationally as well. These jeans are a mess, pockets are cut, no tags on them, at all, the seams are popping out. Complete garbage. Sadly, they were probably made in a sweat shop. I wasn't looking for disounted judy blues either, I truly thought the shop was legit. Be careful.
☆update.. I opened a case with PayPal & they sided with me for full refund. I sent screenshots of these posts & of the refund policy on the website. Jeans are in the trash where they belong.

I wish I had come and read these reviews before I ordered jeans!! Size 14/16 is more like a small 12. When I contact them about returning, I am getting the biggest run around. Judy Blue needs to sue these guys.
