I wish I had read the reviews! Absolute rubbish. Will not accept returns of a bra which hasn’t even been tried on as it arrived too late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN. A complete rip off!

The body faja I bought from this company came with no label as it appeared to be intentionally cut off. The size was smaller that what I ordered and I wished there was a label to show the size. The delivery took forever to arrive. Their customer service was responsive and understanding until she opened a return and refund on a product that they hadn't been delivered and offered me 50% discount code for a future purchase. I DO NOT EVER WANT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY so what's the point? I won't return the under sized faja they sent to me with no label because I don't have the strength to go back and forth with them on refund. I wish I read reviews on Trust Pilot before making this purchase so that I won't have fallen for this sham.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Size is not acurate, cheap material and forget trying to return anything back to them in CHINA, not UK as indicated.

Although the customer service has been communicative. I ordered a product on the 21st November 2025 and it is now the 29th January 2026. The company say the courier delivered it but they haven't (plus I was in all day and have a ring doorbell which would have captured the delivery). I had to fill in a form to dispute the delivery company but actually it is the companies responsibility to rectify. Under UK consumer protection rules, the seller is legally responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to you. If they are not delivered, it’s the seller’s job to put things right — not the courier’s. Just because I am a UK consumer, I bought online from the UK, so my rights don’t disappear just because the company is abroad. I expect it will never be seen or refunded.

Absolutely awful service. Still awaiting items ordered 3 weeks ago, when delivered states 5-10 days. Tracking shows no item received. Feels like a scam, wish I’d read the reviews first. No swim wear for holiday, so have to double purchase no from a reputable company. Poor.

Le produit est très bon en taille, en aspect, mais il faut espérer que dans la durée, le tissu soit stable et non "èvolutif au lavage on n'en saura plus dans 1 semaine ou 2 après usage, et lavage respectueux des températures

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service - you will be ignored eventually. Returns aren't accepted, even though this is not stated on their website. Do not waste your money on this fraudulent company.

Purchased a waist trainer online. Found the products are shipped from china so the shipping took a while, when I received it the item wasn’t the right fit and size so I asked for a refund. I paid for my return and hasn’t received the refund yet. Avoid at all costs they are a scam!!!!

Malheureusement j’ai pas lue les avis avant de faire mon achat.
J’ai jamais reçu ma commande, j’envoie des mails je reçois des réponses qui ne règlent pas mon problème. Ils donnent des faux numéro de suivi, je demande un remboursement mais rien.
Ça fait bientôt 4 mois que je me bas pour recevoir ma commande et toujours rien, a fuir.

Cette société propose à la vente des articles qu’elle n’a pas en stock. Les délais de remboursement sont donc d'extrêmement long et de plus elle trouve des prétextes fallacieux pour ne pas vous rembourser.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
My order took forever to get to delivered, only to be delivered through the wrong door. There was no actual address on the parcel, just a postcode so that's their first mistake.
After numerous emails they told me again that it had been delivered. I had to point out again that yes it had been delivered but to the wrong property.
I was then told I couldn't have a refund as it was under review. I pointed out that as the customer I shouldn't be the one left waiting when I've paid for a product.
I asked for a refund or a replacement.
They chose to send a replacement. It was too big.
I asked to request a refund. I was told that as it had been sent whilst an investigation was going on that I couldn't get a refund on this item. I was never told about this before they sent out the replacement. I replied again telling them how disgusting their customer service is and I've had no reply.
All in all, it took 2 months to get to this point and now I have an item of clothes that is too big and I can't get a refund.

Best body suite ever I highly recommend using this brand however I would size down at least one size, this is a personal preference as I prefer a firmer hold in the waist however it’s absolutely true to size so not a must this is the best for the backless dress I have a bra that feels like it can actually support me and the straps tuck in enough at the sides they don’t get seen it’s taken a dress that I thought I was going to have to body tape everywhere for fear of clothing mishaps to feeling absolutely confident in it. It has also given me the movie star hips and but lift without the cost can not rave enough about how amazing it is. And also props to customers service who got back to me right away about my problem ( I selected the wrong colour) not their fault at all but they were able to remedy it and get it out to me without any delay I swear it’s so comfortable I could wear this everyday and honestly will definitely be wearing it every special event because it makes my waist amazing I can’t wait to see how I photograph.
