We have had a fantastic experience with Custom Design Campervans. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and were really patient and helped us find the perfect van. Melissa, Brad and Tom have all been incredibly helpful - they have always come back to me quickly and have been happy to support with all my questions. They have a wealth of knowledge but are also really friendly and a pleasure to deal with - I highly recommended them to anyone looking for a campervan, the standard of work on our conversion is top notch. A trustworthy family run business with great customer service. We love our new van!

Purchased our van from Custom Design couple months ago and absolutely love it. Brad was very welcoming when we first went to take a look, made us feel at ease with making such a financial commitment. Great setup there and can’t fault the build quality of the van. If you’re considering purchasing a camper van then give these guys a try first. Wouldn’t hesitate in taking ours back for any additional extras or advice.

Brad and the team did a great job, communication was great throughout and the work completed to a fine standard. Just down the road from me so will be back when I next need an upgrade.

I saw one of the company mottos : “Big enough to deliver and small enough to care” and I could not agree more!! The service is way beyond anything I’ve ever experienced when buying a vehicle in the past. We visited 8 months previous to look at their vans and it was obvious that their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship is 10/10. With this in mind I bought my campervan without even seeing it in person, and they did not disappoint. It’s immaculate and finished to a high standard. Keep up the great work guys, you should be proud of what you are doing!!

We bought our campervan 1 year ago and it is without a doubt the best decision we've ever made, but this was mostly due to buying the van from Custom Design Campervans.

The service level we have had from them is unmatched. From the times where we were learning how to use the van, made silly mistakes and messaged to ask for help which we got instant responses for, to getting an awning rail addition to our van, to when we recently had a bump in the van and bought it back to CDC to fix for us, the work was completed in a timely manner and they even cleaned our van for us to a standard where it looked brand new again.

We will forever continue to recommend CDC as you cannot put money on trust and customer service of this level.

I found Custom Design Campervans when searching for a campervan. The team showed us around some of the vans and answered all our questions. They even delivered the van we chose to us due a problem on collection. Great service and would highly recommend.

I called into take a look at the campers and was greeted by Brad - he was extremely patient and took time to show me around the collection .
I went back for a second visit with my husband and Paul spent a long time going through the long list of questions we had .
We decided to buy one of their vans and they completed the conversion as we requested -
They went above and beyond with little extras we hadn’t considered and gave us lots of advice to help us pick the right things . Absolutely fantastic team of people including Melissa who kept us up to date with the progress and patiently helped us with our never ending list of queries !! Totally in love with our van and cannot recommend this company enough . They are a hidden gem of Warwickshire as not particularly well advertised but local to us - endless knowledge and exceptional quality vans

Brad filled me with confidence after travelling to his site. The communications were clear and we were updated every step of the way. The team turned the van around in time for our trip away. We bought a Transporter T6.1 150bhp DSG kombi, from this amazing family run Buisiness. They went above and beyond to get it ready for us to take our autistic son away.
They stayed open later than there opening hours as we couldn’t get there till after work.
They showed us around there workshop and showed us what they did wow very clever.
This is a very close special family run business and we would highly recommend checking them out. We would definitely buy from them again no hesitation. Keep up the good work. Don’t change anything it’s 5 stars and more and

Brad and Tom were great to deal with, kept in touch with updates on how the upgrades to our Kombi were going. Friendly guys doing a great job!

Having had a bad experience with my previous van (from a different company) I approached Custom Design with a cautious attitude and a thousand questions. Well I needn't have worried, these guys and their vans are truly next level. From the minute I was showed around the workshop and saw the beautiful bespoke work they do, I knew I'd made the right decision. My van is a beauty, it gets a lot of compliments, and for most folk reading this review that is the most important thing. But I have to say, Custom Designs real strength is their customer service. Brad, Paul and the team literally couldn't have done more for me, from meeting me at the station with a coffee to coming out to look at any little niggles, always quick to reply to any queries, being calm, reassuring and constantly professional with every question I came up with.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Custom Design, a truly brilliant company.

Finally booked in with the team to fit my Poptop and awning on my T6 Transporter , whole experience was straightforward from booking to completion and loved the outcome would highly recommend.

We have had a fantastic experience with Custom Design Campers. Bought our LWB conversion in October & have since been back to have a canopy & side bars fitted. The service is brilliant and the guys always make you feel welcome and happy to answer any questions. There is no sales pressure and they seem to genuinely want you to be happy, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this company and we’re loving the van we bought.
