I simply did not get what I ordered

I simply did not get what I ordered, a second time! When I noted that the ad in the site does not mention dimensions (length AND height). I was given some type of excuse about how big the logo I wanted would come out in their plotter, and such.
That could easily be solved getting another IT individual to do the programming.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

As alternative you should simply have red the listing more carefully before placing order.
The size is mentionned as per below


"Our die-cut transfers have No background. Background color will be the color of your T-shirt.
The "size" of the stickers corresponds to the largest side"

I guess they word for what they’re for…

I guess they word for what they’re for but when I seen the upside down and reverse swooshes I figured I’d be able to use it on both sides of a item and it go the same direction

This is not possible. You should have done ironing up side down.
We are replacing or refunding any missed logo.
