Very happy with our cabinet fronts. They look amazing and Lauren was a pleasure to work with.

Really happy with the end result. There was a little bit of chasing required in the early stages, but once we were through to the factory the service was much better. The attention to detail and quality was excellent and Lauren went above and beyond in the factory to get our order how we wanted it and on time. My only slight recommendation would be to sticker the side of the panel that is the 'good' side as my carpenter installed a few the wrong way. A simple thing that would mean it's not left to personal choice and the correct side is always used.

Absolutely stunning product which has transformed our kitchen. Can't recommend enough. Super easy to fit to ikea cabinets. They were also super helpful and made some custom pieces to fit some awkward spaces.

We absolutely love our new custom fronts. They have completely transformed our kitchen into something really special and are exactly how I imagined they would be. The quality is lovely. All the trades working on our job have commented on how good they are.
As a few others have commented, lead times are long but that’s because of supply chain and is the same with all materials at the moment. They are totally worth the wait and once our materials arrived communication from Lauren was amazing. She sent lots of pictures of them in the workshop and messaged or called with any questions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted

Absolutely thrilled with our smoked oak doors by Custom Fronts. There were delays and communication from customer services could improve but once your order reaches the workshop and you start dealing with Lauren all the frustration fades away. And the end result is worth it!

Like many other customers, I experienced major delays with my order and difficulties with communication. However, late last year Lauren from the workshop team got in touch with me and told me she'd be taking over my account and would be my point of contact moving forwards. She apologised for the difficulties I had experienced and assured me that my order was a priority. Moreover, she was warm, friendly and clearly dedicated to her job. Lauren turned what was quite a stressful customer experience into a really positive one. Lauren kept me regularly updated and my fronts have now arrived and are being fitted - the quality of the product is beautiful and I'm super pleased. So all I can say is thank you to Lauren and the workshop team!

I too placed an order in September. There’s been no contact and phone calls/emails go unanswered. We’re at a key stage in our kitchen and to read these other reviews is both worrying and confirms our fears that they may have gone under. Really annoyed.

Update: the day I left the below review Custom Fronts cancelled my order. I got a refund, but have lost 3 months, when I could have been working with a more reliable supplier.

Slow, expensive and some if the worst customer service going. The only assurance I have that they’ve not gone out of business is their social media is still active. Very stressful company to work with.

I paid in full for our fronts in May. They are now beyond the max lead-time and nobody at CF is returning my calls or emails. I’ve had a terrible experience since they have taken payment and regret choosing them.

They need to employ more staff or not take on projects if they cannot deliver them to a reasonable standard.

Hoping this review gets my fronts delivered, or just a call or email with a date.

I honestly couldn’t have loved working with Custom Fronts more.

Whilst I was initially drawn to their BEAUTIFUL fronts (obvs!), it was their absolute commitment to the quality of their product and customer service that made them stand apart for me.

From the very start of our project they were 100 % invested in ensuring that we were happy. Not only are the team super lovely, but when there was a slight hiccup with the batch of wood they’d been supplied, CF went to every length to sort it out.

The end product is absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier.

Will definitely be working with them on future projects.

Amazing!! What incredible customer service and just beautiful product. Our new doors have totally transformed our 10 year old kitchen into looking like new at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. The quality of the doors is just stunning.
