Love this family tree poster
This came out beautifully , was made perfectly, color size and quality are perfect . It was a gift that impressed everyone who saw it. Very fast turn around and shipped perfectly to prevent damage . Love your products

I just lost my precious dog and ordered this canvas print to have as a remembrance of her. The picture is not centered and therefore shows a black glob on the left of the picture. I reached out to customer service and they refused to replace it. I left a review and it was denied and they said to do another review here. We will see if this one gets posted. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

I had originally thought I was being ignored. As it turns out, they were waiting for me to confirm the order because I changed a photo and they wanted to make sure it was right! All the email responses they were sending were going into my trash folder for some reason! As it turns out, they tried hard! And were patient with me! And, most importantly, the canvas looks wonderful! Just waiting on that second one now! Can’t wait!

I am most grateful for their customer service, which in my case was very good. I could not find my package, which said was delivered, but they would not stop communicating with me until I found it. They stayed on top of it as much as they could and their emails back to me were very quick. As for the product itself? It is beautiful. The only reason that I gave it four stars instead of five is because the frame is extremely light. It's made out of soft wood. One drop and it might break. But other than that, very happy.

I had my pictures sent in looking forward to giving it as a Christmas gift of my gentleman, friend and myself taking a ride on a boat through Wisconsin Dells. The picture came back that they had cut it down which the words was constant Dells and the boat was mainly missing in the picture. I contacted customs and they explained to me that they cut it down for whatever reasons. But I was so disappointed because it didn’t match up to the other picture I had sent, which showed a full view of a Christmas tree with my friend and I. They said they would correct it and show the picture on the canvas just as I had sent them. I received this picture back within seven days and I’m very very satisfied. They were very easy to work with and I’m thankful for that. Thank you all again and happy new year.

The first two I bought are beautiful. Received them before Christmas. They were so nice I ordered two more and am hoping that they will receive them in time since I ordered them after receiving the first two. They are being sent directly to their homes. Great company to order from.

Ordered some time ago for Christmas. Item never showed and I tried multiple times (and ways) to reach them. They finally responded and said the shipping company lost my order.

After I posted this review, customer service emailed me saying they are sorry for my experience and offered me 20% of my next order. They didn't mention my order, offer a refund, or offer to replace.

Although it took quite a bit of effort on my part, the company finally sent me what I ordered at no additional cost. The company is legitimate, the product is exactly as advertised.

I didn't have a good initial experience with them, but they came out right in the end.

I ordered a scrabble type picture. I was leary as I had been scammed before online. The item came and I'm loving it!

Not happy , they are impossible to get a hold of and when I finally did, they told me that they corrected the shipping address and twice they told me they fixed it . I tried to contact right after I ordered it , way before they shipped it, so no reason for the mistake.
and now that I can see the tracking, I see the product is on its way to my house , not his house
So the address was not corrected and I’m pretty pissed off .
This is a big big problem as I won’t be in town for the holidays and now the gift is getting shipped to my house. So it will be sitting there instead of my sons house where it belongs and I have no present for him now

I love my military American flag canvas picture. It looks just as pictured. I’ve order four canvas pictures so far and I love them all. I definitely enjoy the discounts Customio gives on purchases. It’s really makes a huge difference. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be ordering more and referring Customio to my friends and family.
