Based on my experience with Custom Patch Factory over the past few weeks, I am almost certain that most (if not all) of the positive reviews are fake or purchased. This company has absolutely no customer service skills. I was promised a call back from a manager within 24–48 hours and never received one. The representatives lie, place you on hold for 20+ minutes, and in some cases simply hang up the phone on you.
I have several voice recordings that clearly show their lack of professionalism and accountability, which I will be submitting with my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Their website was easy to use. The patches came out looking great exactly as I ordered and delivered on time. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - SCAM
I purchased an embroidered patch - they sent over an initial proof which looked horrible and I sent back feedback to align more with the original design. I then had to call them because they never contacted me, at which point I was told I went over the limit on the number of colors and they had to increase the number of colors which would cost 20% more. This limit on colors was not listed anywhere on their website (which proudly says 100% custom all over the place). They were not changing the type of patch I needed to use at all, they were just charging me more for the additional colors.

Several times I was promised a new proof to show me what it would look like if I did pay the extra, and they did not ever send me one. I called back a final time and was told they now could not send me a proof unless I approved the order ahead of time - at which point I repeated that I cannot approve additional charges until I see what it would actually look like. They refused after over a week of back and forth to send an additional proof without me updating the order, so I was forced to cancel and now have chosen a cheaper company through Etsy to purchase from, who has 4.9 stars and is charging a fraction of the price. I'm hoping it still arrives on time given the run around this company gave me and I hope this review spares other people.

I sent a photo of our organization’s original patch. The proof and then the sample patch came back very quickly. Before I knew it I was notified that the patches were on my front porch!

When a photo of the “new “ patch was sent to our volunteers the positive response was unanimous. So now I have to order more so we have some to sell to our followers.

Staff proactively reached out to help me adjust my art to reach a better outcome. Much appreciated!

Awesome Customer Service in regards to confirming the uploaded picture and any edits that needed to be made. Patch Came out better then expected as well especially being printed PVC.

I’ve made several orders until now I’m very satisfied :) still waiting for some more patches to get delivered excited to see get them soon.
