The absolute worst ordered was told that it had shipped they charge my card. Then a week later I get a notice that the order had been sent back that there’s a problem and they were going to re-ship new ones when they came in I asked to be refunded, they did not do that. They said be patient so I waited another week multiple communications still nothing so I had to to actually call my bank and have them do a fraud. To get my money back.

I ordered two sets of puddlelights (Front and rear) for my 2022 Cadillac XT6. One of the lights spins freely in the housing which causes the lens to become crooked every time you open and close the door.
After many emails and videos of the problem and requests to return the bad light for an exchange , these guys keep blowing me off. Even with a 6 month warranty they're trying their best to not replace the defective light. Do your homework before you buy from this company.

I ordered exactly the right parts. I checked under the mirror as instructed to make sure it looked correct. Received them in a decent time and do get emails in a timely fashion, BUT, the electric connection isn’t correct. The ones on their parts are oval and the factory original ones are rectangular. Doesn’t come close to the matching. I tried to return but they want a 20% restocking fee!

Also good luck getting to the parts to replace. No good instructions I could find. Broke the mirror glass trying to get to the original parts.

I ordered AT4X puddle lights. They sent me regular AT4 lights. I tried for 3 day to call them, no return call. I email them and the only email I received from them is when I wrote a negative review. They claimed I received exactly what I ordered. I would love to be able to show a copy of my receipt. Please keep this in mind. Their return policy states you can return items within 30 day. Just below their address it says (This is not the address to return product.) Their web site does not have the address of where to return the item. When I email them to get the address and start the return process. I get no reply. Convenient for them.
Don't buy from these guys.

I ordered these lights for a customer who was getting them for his wife for Christmas. I paid 11 days ago and still no tracking info has been provided. He he company is in TX, I’m in SC. On day 5 I asked when they would be shipped via email. Two days later, no response. I then called a total of 4 times over a period of 2 days and all I got was the same answering machine saying that I called outside of normal business hours. I then emailed 3 more times and still haven’t got a response to neither of my voicemails or any of my emails. To be clear, I called 4x and emailed 4x for a total of 8 attempts at communication to no avail. $60 for these lights and it appears I was robbed. Now I have to tell my customer I cannot supply him with the lights after 2 weeks of them waiting. Wonderful. I have a reputation that I’m proud of and companies like this one are out there gambling with MY reputation and stealing MY money. Do NOT do business with these folks.
