Okay so the process was great but it was misleading LOL. I was looking for 2 in by 3 in and they were like 2 cm by 3 cm so the advertising was kind of misleading

Resposta da Customstickers
Hi Heather,
I'm very sorry if there was a size issue on your stickers. I'm having our customer service team reach out to you. All of our sizes are published in inches, rather than centimeters.
If there was an error on our end we will be happy to reprint for you!
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Tom

I was disappointed with how dark the image came out, compared to what was on my monitors. It wasn't unacceptable, but it didn't pop the way I had hoped.

Resposta da Customstickers
Hi Laura,
I’m very sorry that your stickers were delayed. I’m having the team look into what might have happened.
We will refund the shipping fees you paid and I’m going to have our customer service team reach out and see if there is anything else we can do to make it right.
Thank you,
Tom
My clients stickers were printed…
My clients stickers were printed substantially darker than the original file I sent. I sent an email explaining what happened so Kassidy requested that I send the original file again to compare images. I do not think she ever looked and compared the prints because they were reprinted and looked exactly like the first set. I have been a customer for years and the quality has consistently gone downhill. My client was not happy and nothing was done to make the situation right. Very disappointing.
