This company charged me without my permission, and I'd like a full refund.

Wonderful products and great service

The immediate response was excellent. However, the reason that this has came about is not. I shouldn’t have to reach out to refund money that I did not authorize a payment for. I was ordering a fragrance from ulta for $19.08 and ended up with a charge for $39.47 for baby items. I’m an old perimenopausal women with a tubal ligation, I did not and would not authorize a payment for membership to this website. It’s a scam and the company should be ashamed of doing business like this. I appreciate the response time, but I will continue to look into how this happened and report it to the BBB

I was told that I was gonna get Sheehan products but instead I ended up paying for a gift card that I didn’t even want so I asked for a refund and I’m being told that I will receive one

Cancel!!! I did not authorize this!!! I was applying for something else and you took my information and charged me for something I didn’t authorize!!! Scammers!!! Then they want you to rate them with stars to fix it🤦🏼‍♀️.

I didn’t sign up for this company. I emailed them and they canceled everything and assured me I would not be charged.

Fixed the problem right away!

If I could put 0 I would. They are nothing but a scam. Right now they're holding my refund until I leave a positive review!! I have emails to prove it. Luckily my credit card company is taking care of them and blocking them for me! BEWARE!!

Someone was using my card fraudulently and as soon as they found out they cancelled the subscription and refunded my money. They take fraud very seriously and handle it accordingly.

I made a mistake & did not want to order from this vendor as I have no reason except that I made a mistake so I ask for a credit to my card when I called to report the error & i was told my card would be credited immediately. Thank you
