Customer Service has gone down
I have happily banked with CUofTX for over a decade, with savings/ loans, etc but their customer support methods have recently changed for the worse. You can't get someone on the phone, must set up an " appointment" and when they call back it's from a noisy call center. While they are helpful, the old feeling of a local community bank seems to be missing. Its incredibly frustrating to get to the right person/ place to sort things out now.
