Good morning.

I AM SURPRISED THIS ORGANISATION IS GETTING AN EXCELLENT RATING!!!! IS THIS BEING RIGGED!!!!

This review is with regards to the 11,800/- payment that was done on April 20th 2021 towards a project that needed to be finalised way back in 2021.My name is Deepak Iyengar from Mumbai and I have all the proofs of the below mentioned details.I AM HERE to create an AWARENESS so that people don't waste their hard earned monies on an organisation that DON'T have any ETHICS!!

I had planned so much on the digital end with regards to my work profile (a Collaboration of 2 work profiles in fact) and nothing has happened.My entire work had been stalled because of this organisation's ridiculous approach towards my work.Moreover, Sushana Adurthi (who was then a part of this organisation) knew my urgency but even then the work hadn't been done. I have been following up and calling up for quite some time now for my REFUND (since April 2021...) with her and I wasn't getting any response.A big Mistake choosing these guys to do the Job!!!

These guys have got the guts to take the monies from the client and to not do the project and moreover, just keep silent about the same.I have been behind the REFUND for so long now.

The project is unfinished and in 2022 after getting behind Arpana and Sushana,
I was told that I will be refunded the amount.Since then I have been constantly requesting Sushana (till date) to kindly refund the amount.To which Sushana had asked for one weeks time for refunding the same.This was 11th April 2022 and the SAGA continues. But nothing happened.Thereafter, I have been messaging Sushana (as she doesn't answer calls) for the refund updates but there was no response from her side. Also, I was then chatting with one Arpana (when Sushana wasn’t responding) where she also started making false promises about my refund. Sushana surfaced back  when I shot a mail concerning my refund.And then again those false promises went on from April 2022 till October 2022...Moreover, around 13th November 2022 when we got on a call (after pleading she finally came on a call...) I even agreed to her paying me in parts during the months of November and December 2022 but again no transfer had happened.And like a fool I was adjusting according to her convenience.Presently, she just ignores the calls and messages.

I have been very understanding since the time I paid upfront for the project..Something or the other has always come up on Sushana's end and I had adjusted.Moreover, I'm not even asking for the interest levied on the delays in the refund. These guys haven't completed the project, they give stupid excuses and then don't want to refund my monies also!! WHO DOES THAT!!

How inconsiderate these guys can be in not taking calls and messages and instead slipping the event under the carpet like nothing has ever happened.It just amazes me!!!!!!!

1st February 2023 is when I first posted my REVIEW on Trustpilot about the whole issue and on the 9th February 2023 I get a call from Sushana requesting me to remove this review as the payments were going to be done from her end and that Mr.DEEPAK JOSEY (the owner of CV designer) was wanting to get this REVIEW out. Understanding her difficult situation I was promised that my refund would be cleared in 2023 but again I'm still running like a headless chicken for my own monies.

This has been really irritating for me now doing the follow-ups every now and then. These guys have completely sabotaged me by mentally harassing and torturing me for the Refund which, by the way still hasn't been given to me. Sushana is acting like a non-professional individual..When I get on a call with her there are always some intentional network issues on her end and I don't even get a call back.I have been given multiple dates by her now since 2021, that the refunds will be issued .But for some invalid reason or the other the refund hasn't yet come in.So much so that now she doesn't even care to get back nor call.It's like I'm begging for my own monies!! 

This is completely ridiculous!!!! Neither have I received the REFUND nor my work is done..I fail to understand what game these guys are playing!!!! They have made me the scapegoat for their lack of professionalism!!! The payments were done in advance to these guys for a project and I have waited forever, first to receive the deliverables and now my refund. These guys seriously work like this!!!!! Dupe Clients and break their Trust!!!!!

IT'S A COMPLETE BREACH OF TRUST AND THEY CAN'T DO THIS TO ANYONE.I HAVE BEEN HARASSED FOR MY OWN MONIES AND HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR GRANTED!!!

THIS TIME THE REVIEW SHALL REMAIN AND SHALL NOT BE TAKEN OUT BY ME!!! THIS IS GOING TO GO ALL ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO CREATE AN AWARENESS!!!!

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. If you are OK with service delays, low quality work and multiple follow-ups to get your work done then please go ahead. I was promised updated resume, cover letter, linkedin changes to be done in 10 days by the salesperson, they even promised a 12 month extended support which I seriously doubt they will honor. I escalated to the CEO of the company who was kind enough to get involved but even after executive intervention the services issues continues.
