I searched the world wide web for a FREE CV BUILDER with AI assist. Your website was at the top of my feed. With my typing in specifically "FREE" i did not do a second glance. I then spend about an hour on your website that is very well layed out, easy to use and user friendly. Only to try and download a copy of my CV and be told i MUST PAY £2.90 FOR A PDF DOWNLOAD!!!!! OUTRAGEOUS! This company is smart in the sense it knows an hour of my time is worth more than £2.90 so i am ashamed to say i am actually a valued paying customer. I can not call it a scam as i got what a paid for, however false advertizement YES. Usually i end my deliberations with a thank you! but not this time. Shame on yourselves. I hope others read this before making the same mistake, however i imagine if you are infact reading this you have also done the same thing. 1/10

over charged. I paid the 2.90 it suggested was a one off fee for downloading my CV. No problem. Now 2 weeks later I have been charged 19.90 for a subscription I didn't subscribe too or if I did it wasn't clear.

As of yet no contact regarding refund, just a cancellation offer of 3.00 for the month which I have refused.

unclear and dishonest pricing with the offer of silly prices if you cancel. why not charge at a fixed rate for everyone, make it clear and give me my money back.

Accidentally continued my subscription for another month, and they were able to provide me with a full refund. They were content with doing so and did not heavily push back, very good customer service.
