He intentado corregir mi correo electrónico y el sistema bloquea los campos del perfil, arrojando errores absurdos como 'limitado a 3 caracteres' en casillas donde no tiene sentido. No actualiza la información, mezcla datos de cuenta con los del formulario y el soporte no da soluciones. No paguéis por esto, hay opciones gratuitas que funcionan mil veces mejor y no te estropean el currículum.

I have been charged for 37 months for a service I cannot access. The website consistently blocks my login and password recovery, making it impossible to cancel the subscription manually. This is a clear predatory practice. I have already contacted my bank to trigger a chargeback for the last 120 days and reported this to the authorities. I demand a full refund of the remaining 33 months of unauthorized charges. Stop hiding behind technical errors to steal from customers.

Le site laisse penser à un paiement ponctuel, puis active un renouvellement automatique. Résultat : prélèvement surprise.

When you make a complaint, they cancel subscription but don't return money.
So, in total from nothing at first to a lot for one CV.

I used the platform for once at 25th of August.I didn’t realise that it was a platform that had monthly subscription.so they didn’t also inform by email later on that I was subscribed and they charged my card automatically 19€.I realised it later on and cancelled the subscription but they send me mails that I have to pay another 19€ .unacceptable customer service.never again!
