Carolyn called and emailed diligently.
Even through all the hiccups of the shipment, I still managed to get it. Carolyn called me back or emailed me, with every single issue I had. I will admit I was a bit worried at first about purchasing this, but i'm really happy that I did and the toner works perfect in my cannon. I am very happy with the customer service and how they responded to me so quickly. I will definitely be back to purchase more toner.

I had issues with the cartridge fitting my printer. The customer service team was very responsive, kept providing information and assistance until my problem was resolved. Fast delivery, great products, super service. 5 stars all the way round.
