If it’s good enough for a country house……
We noticed their garden seats at Holkham Hall in Norfolk and thought they were good quality.
We then ordered a bench which was delivered promptly, and were kept informed of the process.
The bench is very well made in teak, and much sturdier than others at local garden centres / diy stores.
All in all very satisfied.

Great product
Great product, sun lounger, a quality made product that not only looks great but is so comfortable as well. I'd definitely recommend. Delivered on time and fully assembled, friendly driver who also gave some useful advice.

My memorial bench.
I am so pleased with the banana bench I bought as a memorial to my late husband. It’s like a big hug! The family love it too and very much approve of my choice. The quality is very good and the brass plaque just right. Just one suggestion I would like to make is that it would be much more comfortable on the back if the screws were countersunk. However, a cushion would solve the problem.
Customer service was very good. As for delivery, I couldn’t believe that my bench was delivered so quickly. The young man who delivered it was polite and helpful. He carried the bench into the garden which was a great help. I bought a cushion as well which finishes the bench off and is very comfortable.
I have just applied a first coat of the protector I also ordered from you to keep the bench looking good.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cyan. Thank you very much!

A great experience
A great experience. We ordered a new bench, two folding chairs, a serving tray and a large square planter. We also ordered cushions for the chairs. All arrived when they said they would, and the delivery driver was very helpful at getting them into our back garden so we could arrange them in our small gazebo.
The furniture itself is great quality, looks the part, and is lovely to sit on. The planter now has a small tree in it and really looks the part. It's so nice being able to go out to the gazebo and sit comfortably either with or without the cushions.
We'd definitely look to buy from Cyan again if we needed any more furniture!

Great quality and quick and efficient delivery
Ordered the Windsor 4 seater bench and the Ashdown folding picnic table on 5th June and they were delivered on the 9th June. Really quick and efficient delivery.
The bench and table are made of a great quality teak and have been beautifully crafted. Very pleased with the purchase and the service.

A different class...
I sought out a supplier and ordered from CT as I was fed up with buiyng cheap rubbish from garden centres that never lasts more than a year or two. I wasn't disappointed. The bench is manufactured to a very high quality and will last for a long time. My bench was delivered on time and I have treated it with the teak maintenance products as per the instructions. The cushion fits perfectly, oh and its soo comfortable. thank you!

Good quality, solid garden furniture
We've just bought a Suffolk garden table and Chester arm chairs. We were anxious because we hadn't been able to visit the showroom and knew nothing about the company other than good reviews. However, we're really pleased with the furniture, as it's lovely and solid and excellent quality, and very nicely finished. They could be heavy to put in store during the winter, but it's fair to say they'll never get blown away by the wind! The company was good to deal with on the phone when we had a query before ordering them. We received them within a week of ordering them - they seem to deliver to different parts of the country fortnightly. Delivery guy was pleasant and helpful. The only slight criticism is that they'll only specify delivery on a particular day between 7am and 7pm.

Wonderful Teak Furniture
Trading under the name Jati we went to view the range at the factory and had an excellent greeting. Perhaps the only slightly negative point is the showroom - could be bigger and more comprehensive.
That said, we bought the most fabulous furniture at a great price. Delivery was 6 star - two great Polish guys who couldn't have been more helpful. We're delighted!!

We are delighted with our garden bench and it is a beautiful addition to our garden. The bench is of the highest quality, well made and lovely to sit on. Cyan Teak was an easy website to navigate, and purchase from. Cyan Teak run a top notch delivery service and the bench was delivered exactly when we requested. Their driver was friendly and helpful. The garden bench arrived on time and I gave the delivery man a hand to place it in our back garden as it was quite heavy.We are very happy with the bench it is very well made solid and looks fantastic.

We’ve bought a 3m parasol and it…
We’ve bought a 3m parasol and it appears completely unstable in the slightest wind. It is correctly installed using a metal base. Appreciate these should be lowered when it’s windy but even a light breeze on a sunny day forces this to move around quite a lot and is unnerving to sit under. This purchase was a replacement and the old parasol was extremely stable under the same type of conditions. Regardless of submitting photos / videos of the movement between the connecting poles which is flexing about 1”-1.5” from the centre joint to the top of the pole, I’m disappointed to have been told that this is normal (even though the old pole didn’t do this & was from the same supplier). I also reported a small chip on the upper pole noticed during unpacking, which was passed off as ‘cosmetic’
Poor quality of product and customer care missing the care.

A good company trying to do the right…
A good company trying to do the right thing but of the two sets of garden furniture the garden chairs with arms broke down almost immediately leaving sheared off bolts. The company offered to repair and return which is very worrying for us as we are both in our 70s. Their response could be within their rights but not if it's a design error and we cannot afford to take the risk. We were very lucky that both the chairs collapsing in the first place didn't cause an injury. We are ready to accept armless chairs which seem to be ok as replacements but there's been no reply to ourlast communication on this matter.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the chairs and understand your concerns. Customer safety is extremely important to us, which is why we responded promptly when the matter was reported and offered a repair under warranty in line with both our terms and conditions and your consumer rights.
While we appreciate your concerns regarding a possible design fault, we have sold many of these chairs over a number of years without encountering similar issues, and therefore do not believe this to be a design-related problem.
We understand that our proposed resolution was not the outcome you were hoping for. However, we have made every effort to assist and provide a fair and appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Really pleased with the service provided and the product. The seats are very sturdy and well built, they should last for years. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very professional. All in all, delighted with the purchase.
