It’s the worst monitoring app I’ve ever used. Registering is difficult, and logging in is even more complicated. I tried contacting technical support by phone, but after listening to the same hold music for two hours, I gave up. It feels like there isn’t a single human being working at this company.

Couldn’t access. Tried changing my password. Message came back with insufficient info to process. Tried this several times even with phone support. Nothing worked. Kept telling me insufficient information. Even after reinputting everything.
Support started questioning my browsers. Told them I tried with different browsers. Then questioned my computers. I said if it doesn’t work across browsers or computers, I wanted out.
Requested all my data to be deleted from their system and to close my account.
Let’s see how that goes.

I was offered this service through my employer. I signed up but when I logged in it asked me if I consent to my credit data being accessed and monitored by them and a host of other entities including third parties. I have never pressed that consent button and never will. Someone else said they are selling our data, and I agree that’s probably what they will do. Crikey, can’t these companies have integrity and actually protect us rather than use us.

I didn't like the service from the moment I started using it. I've since requested my data to be deleted from their system (following GDPR in Europe) and, instead of deleting, they are restricting selling the data and only provide a US phone number to contact their parent owning company so that my data is deleted.

The customer service doesn't answer. Once my free period ends I won't pay for this "service" for sure. I don't understand why would anyone.

PLEASE read carefully their Privacy Notice before subscribing. Here's what you'll find:

"NOTICE: We and this website may sell your sensitive personal data. Sontiq may share your personal information for a targeted advertising purpose. We may transfer personal information (identifiers) to credit reporting agencies in a manner that may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under state privacy laws and regulations."

So they pretend they protect your sensitive personal data, while they're actually selling it... that's a disgrace if not a blatant scam!
STAY AWAY from this company!

EDIT: At this moment 18-Aug-24 10.11 CEST, the website is down and the login page is showing a spinning ball. If the company can't even keep its own website up and running, what does that say about their reliability?

Low quality alerts and too many. Product is trying to demonstrate its usefulness by over-alerting. But in fact what this creates is just noise. Of course my email address has been found in leaked data – we use email for logins so every company that has a data leak is leaking email addresses. I don't need literally 34 identical email and in-app alerts about this.

Generally, couldn't find much that was useful within this product.

There's no facility to delete one's account. I logged a support ticket for the same, but didn't get a response.

I had a problem and sent an earlier review but I solved the problem by using the correct device , which is yet another good security feature
