Its been over a month since I upgraded …

Its been over a month since I upgraded my drive chain to a 1 x 11
With Mats advice I have to say it has transformed my bike for the better.
Many thanks for all your help as always, your competitive prices are also much appreciated.
I have waited a month before writing this review as wanted to wait for the chain set to settle in. But this new Ethirteen Cassette is amazing.

Customer support needs to change

Customer support (sales) could be better. Firstly I ordered a helmet and only after 2 emails and 4 days of waiting for customer support to reply I received a confirmation that it will be sent shortly. Ok, I thought, it can happen. But now again, I'm waiting third day for them to reply on my email regarding different product.

NOT PROFESSIONAL

Received an email from them asking me to review their service 4 days after I purchased an item off of them, I had received no confirmation of purchase, I received no email saying that the item had been sent, but I'm supposed to review their service, so here goes, personally I wouldn't use them again as the lack of communication is quite irritating and the fact that they are now hassling me by sending multiple emails to review their service is more than a little annoying.

Apologies for this. Your seals should have landed with you on Friday. We are sorry to say the Trustpilot emails are automated. 1* reviews can be very damaging for a business. I hope that you can re consider and re rate the business now that you ave your seals.

Will never use this company again!

Ordered a set of Renthal bars, stem and 100% Status helmet on Tuesday and paid for next day delivery. Got a message from Matt explaining that the Renthal delivery wasn't due until Wednesday so I'd be refunded the postage. I replied saying that was fine as long as my order was with me on Thursday.
Rang on Wednesday to check the status of my order and was given no information other than "the Renthal delivery is in but I don't know if it's been unpacked and put away in the warehouse ready to be picked."

Firstly, what kind of company advertises items as 'in stock' on their inventory when they clearly aren't? Completely misleading customers.

Secondly, if the items have been delivered why would the customer service representative not push an order through or at least go and check on the order?

Eventually got a refund.

Terrible customer services.

Edit: I will not be changing this review at the request of the company.
The order was placed on the Tuesday for next day delivery. I had to ring up at 5:15pm on Wednesday again to try and get answers as to when my delivery was going to be despatched, to no avail.
I work in despatch myself and know the ordering system inside out. It takes a phone call to the shop floor to push an order through.
Issuing a refund within 24hrs is a moot point.
If these reviews are damaging to your business, maybe you should be stocking items rather than waiting for an order of them then ordering them into your warehouse.
You also have to appreciate the fact that if someone orders the next day delivery service, they're more than likely desperate for the items.

Hi Gavin,

The sales staff were made aware of your order due to you requesting next day on goods which we new were en route. This is the reason you were initially contacted.
The member of sales you spoke to regarding the stock arrival did send a request over, but they are not in a position to go and manually check.
We then received your cancellation request, of which we acted upon within 24 hours which is far faster than company policy.

We are very sorry for the frustration caused, we are working on operations as a growing company.

We hope you can re consider you 1* review as they are exceptionally damaging to us.

I've placed two orders with this …

I've placed two orders with this company in recent months, the latest being this week. On both occasions, the item has been listed as available and, both times, I have subsequently been advised it is not in stock. They have been prompt refunding my money but need to get a website that is "live" and not showing stuff for sale that they don't have.

Thank you for placing your orders, we understand the frustration this can cause, and it is a issue that is very important to the team.

We are currently working on a "live" stock integration from our warehouse and supplier, but this is a very time & monetary consuming process.

Please just call our sales guys on 03331212727 in the future and they will honour a discount code for you as well as giving you a live stock feed.

of this site and it says it gets looked over 100%, I found some old cable stuck in it and there was a bolt missing

Apologies for this, unfortunately, as I am sure you can understand things do slip through the workshop. We know this should not happen and we have processes in place to stop this.

I am sure the team would have happily sorted a replacement, or made the situation easier for you if you had directly contacted us to discuss. (No one in the team can recollect contact from yourself)

Good Service, Bad Delivery

So ill give it to them, good quick dispatch and cheap prices. But I think they need to sort out delivery, I'm not around much so like parcels to be left, on the delivery option there was no leave or not to the deliver, so I imagined they would leave it, now i have to delay my rides and spend precious time just to wait for a parcel...
