Had 2 emails to review the service within a couple of days of placing order, yet had to wait over a week before I had email to say items despatched. Sorry not quite good enough. Maybe these FB ads have created a demand that is hard to keep pace with? Benefit of the doubt this time as actual products seem good value and nice hope bottle opener!

Ordered a hat (hope) never came. Ended up having to order a diff one 3 weeks later! Now waiting on a jacket as I got a 10% code on my next order so thought I'd get my husband the jacket he wants! Still waiting a week later and it was meant to be in stock! Very disappointed.

I bought Fox Float X from UK Cycle centre, it was listed as new and in stock, so i thought it will be shipped in 1-2 days, nope, it took almost a week.

Shock came after 2 weeks, but there are scratches where bushing should be, yes and did i mention that it arrived without bushings and remote? It has a remote but it does not have a lever, so...useless. (there were no information about missing bushings or that it will come without remote lever)

Also i really hate the comunication, i have to beg for any information, for tracking number, for information when it will be send, everything has to be asked, no mails.

On the other hand they gave me 10% discount, so not that bad, but it its not enough, bushings costs about 10-16€, remote almost 70€, so no savings at all.

I am sorry, i ve never gave anyone bad feedback, but i am really disappointed.

I have used UKCC twice now, the first time I traded in my old bike against some new components for a new frame I had, this second time was to buy some new riding clothes. Both times they were a superb company to deal with and both times they delivered the items sooner than expected and packaged very well.
I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

Purchased a set of wheels 3 weeks ago to be honest they looked exactly as described until today when I came to use them the front buckle is only a couple of mm but the back is at least 5mm it was a Sunday and I was furious and left a negative statement on here on Monday they contacted me and have resolved the situation today (Tuesday) which is very much appreciated so my advice is give them a chance if you do have a problem their Customer service is good

purchsed forks but were found faulty and not as advertised. Called UK cycle centre only to be assured all forks are fully serviced with new seals. Forks were very rough and lock adjuster was seized..As I can do service myself asked for money off and they refunded £20. Later after taken them apart I discoverd forks had not been thoroughly serviced. They had replaced the stantion seals but had not cleaned out the stantions or replaced the lost oil when repacing seals!..they were dry and dirty..forks now fully functioning.

Staring with the bad point that took away the extra start - I tried to sign up to email which promised £10 but got nothing in email box so just ordered. It was good price as it was so couldn't really complain. Still not got email now.

Ordered and got no email confirmation. Actually got nothing from then at all. Paid via PayPal and that's how I knew payment had been accepted otherwise no communication. Had to go onto online chat to couple days later to check everything on. It wad and arrived that day.

When ordering I had to use PayPal as the online payment would accept Scotland as a location and just crashed. In PayPal they also changed to England but I noticed after I confirmed. Thankfully all ok.

Now onto the product. I bought an islabikes rothan balance bike for £79.99 classed as grade c. I expected loads of scratches and to be well used. (New is £149.99). What we received blew us away. What can only be described as a near perfect unused bike. Some VERYA SLIGHT scratches and I mean slight. Brand new but maybe used as display model? Brilliant. Far exceeded our expectations

Bought a used pair of mtb forks that were rated 'C' but when they arrived they were much better than both described and expected. Hardly a mark on them and they were delivered quickly for free. Very pleased.

Ordered these pedals for my Cubs mountain bike as he needs a sturdy solid pedal. The new version was £39.99 on CRC. These arrived in 2 days and they're 100%. Used but serviced with new spindals and bearings. 2nd hand set of Shimanos for £9.99 home and all? What's not to like! Will buy again.
