I’ve been using Cyclone for several months, and their team has been quick to respond, proactive, and consistently goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The uptime and performance have been outstanding, with my VPS and bare metal servers running flawlessly. Their platform is reliable, easy to manage, and backed by a support team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
Excellent service. I've been with them for ~4 years, and the VPSs are great, offered at a reasonable price. The only annoying thing I have encountered was changing IPs fairly often. Rep++
I have been using these servers for almost 2 years now and I can say it's unmatched from what I have been using prior! I know the owner and he is as nice and hardworking as you can as from! I can definitely say without a doubt jumping from provider to provider that I'm here to stay!

Thats the message i got from the owner when seeking support for buying around 1000$/month worth of dedicated servers.
Just imagine the kind of support he gives to customers who pay even less.
One of the best hosts I have ever had, especially the dual xeon, they offer stability and other things and the support is excellent.
great customer service, always ready to help. I had a bad experience with a different server hosting company (I won't name) but compared to them these people are the best.
My company switched to them almost a year ago and never looked back. They have went beyond there job to make sure we receive the most of what we paid for when they could have passed with just enough, and we still would've been happy
Do not use this company unless you're into your hosting company completely losing your databases, not providing a backup, and then being a total a**hole about it and acting as though it was your fault.
***UPDATE***
This company retaliated to my review by terminating my account and reported me to FraudRecord (by their own admission). They took my money and hosted my domains for 5 years before all of a sudden deciding that I was "providing fraudulent information". Take that for what it is worth.

Hello,
Backups are performed every two days to protect against potential hardware failures. These backups are maintained for internal recovery purposes only, and per our Terms of Service, clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups on unmanaged hosting plans.
In this instance, there was a major hardware failure that required the use of our emergency internal backups. Unfortunately, the customer’s recently added addon domains were created after the last backup cycle, and therefore were not included in the recovery snapshot.
We responded to the customer’s inquiries multiple times and explained this situation clearly on each occasion. It’s also important to note that this account was later found to have been created using fraudulent information and was subsequently reported to FraudRecord in accordance with our security policies.

I signed up a few months back with cyclone via WHT. For me, I have many different providers for servers, though this is the most inefficient provider I have been with. Especially with billing, they treat it as a prepaid service, you don't pay on the day you are due boom instant suspension, no grace, customer service its okay, but again to me its a basement type operation and I told them (him-Chris) to cancel my services, as I am not going to have customers on a server that can instantly go down cause the payment isn't in on the due date, not even Netflix, or a phone company will turn you off that quick, unless its prepaid, and I don't need a service provider for servers to be a prepaid service -- so if you want to work with someone that operates as a prepaid service and a 1 man operation, all yours, just wasn't for me; figure I would let others know

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are not a “1-man show” and we do try to do what we can to work with our customers on billing issues. We have recently adjusted our billing system to allow for more time before a suspension occurs.
You were suspended the day after your due date according to our system. We attempted to work with you and you told us to cancel your services.
Possibly the best server hosting platform out there, while they may not offer some supercomputer, they don't suck you in with a 2 year contract and getting support is genuinely painless unlike some other hosts I've tried in the past. I personally have hosted a few servers off of Cyclone and it has been nothing but a good experience all around, I know one of my friends has a large GMod community and with upwards of 50 players the server ran flawlessly. The support is very friendly and I was never ignored or told that they couldn't help. I would honestly recomend this server host to anyone from starting out server owners to large servers.

excellent response time, fast service and amazing staff! dude i dont know whats going on here but these guys deserve so much credit, i couldnt have run my server as good as any other company would without these guys, they do so much for me and answer my questions way faster than anyone else ive used servers from. i will continue to be using their servers as long as im gaming! huzah!
CycloneServers has been my go-to web and VPS hosting company for about two years now. They’ve had great uptime and good customer service for any issues I’ve encountered.
Honestly, i don't understand these other reviews. I have had no trouble with cyclone servers, the support team and servers are pretty fast and reliable. I would easily rate this server provider 5 stars.
Their management is horrible. I bought a VPS from them yesterday and it had been terminated without prior notice within one day. I asked their management and the reason they gave me is fraud record, which was inconclusively made by another rogue provider called LetBox with whom I disputed against due to early termination of service. Moreover, if they do care about it, they should have declined the order before its activation, but they hadn't. This case shows how little discretion at which they make decisions and how less they care about their clients.
These people are incompetent scammers. I bought several VPSs from them. Immediately, the panel didn't work, wouldn't load. They switched software several times on the panel to find something that worked. Next there nodes were horribly overloaded. I had trouble getting 10mb/s IO. It took me a while to figure this out, about 30 days as the service was up and down, and technical support was slow and useless. After I asked for a refund they refused. They also switched a lot of users from a yearly service plans for a reasonable fee to a $5 a month plans without notice or refund when they migrated to a new server.
