I ordered a battery and I couldn't find the key. Cycrown was able to replace the key in a timely manner.

My bike is great. I take it on adventures all the time and the customer service responds pretty fast normally. It's a really good class 3 ebike.

My son really loves his e bike ! The customer service is outstanding as well! I wanted to return a seat since we don’t think we need it (the original seat with the bike is already so great !) from the contact to the refund it was very easy. This is a great company ! I highly recommend it !

Initial package got lost in transit but customer service stayed in contact step by step until newly sent package arrived.

Ordered 2 ebikes from Cycrown. the first bike came quickly, the second bike was delayed as there was some issues with shipping but it eventually was sorted out. Regardless of the shipping issues i am still giving a 5 stars as the customer service was great.

If you have ANY issues whatsoever, do not be alarmed. Customers service has been great to me. They respond in a timely manner and genuinely want you to have a great experience. I’ve felt safe and secure with everything that has to do with my ebike. They hop right on the task and help adjust/correct any errors/issues. Don't hesitate. A great buying experience

Unfortunately there was a large nail on the road on my way home from school, but cycrowns warranty covers this sort of thing which was amazing to hear as the bike itself is awesome. Once I emailed there support email they only needed my order number and some pictures and that was it they sent me replacement parts and I was on my way amazing customer service much appreciated.

The communication was beyond great they accommodated anything I needed I’m so happy to do such business with this company my son loves his bike it’s definitely worth it

CycHunter is an awesome bike that is pleasurable to ride.
And CyCrown is an amazing company. I punctured a tire during my second ride, and the company sent me a new inner tube for free!

The order arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent and very careful. The bike's materials look to be of excellent quality. It was a nice touch that the bike came with some accessories already included. The customer service was excellent. They communicated fluently, clarifying every question, and also sent me an explanatory video on how to assemble the bike. My experience with Cycrown was great. We are already looking forward to a new opportunity to buy a second bike. I recommend this model as well as this company.
