A had a great customer service support with Zach from Cygnett over a dispute with the confusions between back and forth email conversations regarding the buy one get one free power bank deal . Zach went above and beyond my expectations solving the dispute by offering free power bank as a good will to compensate the hassles I have been through . I am very impressed with his customer service . 👍👍🙂

The shipping time was very quick and after sales support was great after I realized that I had gotten an Iphone 13 Pro cover by mistake when I actually needed a 13 Pro Max. The correct cover turned up very quickly :-)

I ordered two cables online. Delivery was quick however only one cable was sent. I sent email requesting follow up and received immediate response with apology and replacement cable was being sent as the one that I ordered was out of stock. Cable sent in quick time. The cables are great and apparently the replacement is a newer and more expensive version of the one I ordered.

The case doesn't take into account wireless charging like the cygnett case I had for my iPhone 14. It was excellent. This one for the iPhone 15 Pro Max I have to use the cable to charge.

I just ordered something for my husband and noticed that the system didn't allow me to introduce the 20% discount on first purchase so I tried to contact them to fix that. But to my surprise, there is NO WAY to directly contact them. If I cancel the order after being processed, I need to pay for the return however I can't speak to anyone to sort out this. Never again buying from this company...AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!!

There's no facility to contact them outside of a support or warranty request. What if I had questions before purchase? No phone number either. Major red flag.

As the title says, Avoid the CYGNETT HOME Smart Wi-Fi Plug with Power Monitoring. It claimed to work with Apple HomeKit. Also odd was the Apple App Store reviews are being removed along and apply a filter to the reviews you read on their own site.
