Cris is so rude, do not give your money to this company he was extremely rude and aggresive to me in message while i was in the testing phase of my business. I made it clear who i was and what i was looking for and he got mad at me because i didnt make a sale immediately. He told me to shut up and said it was a waste of time dealing with me i have alot of money to spend but wont do it under pressure. He deleted his rude responses to get rid of the evidence.

I had the worst experience with this hair company. I ordered hair from them 2 times. First time was 500 was great went through . I ordered second time was 980 worth of hair . They lost my package. They said delivered but I never received it . After 2 months of continuous of taking to fedex and cy hair . They continue tell me do not worry . We will take care of it . I even visit them in person cause I happened to visit my family's in Viet nam , they never take any responsibility to my lost package. They only blame on fedex . Before visit Their store . They told me they will provide me a fair solution. It took me 1 hours to get to their place . All they told me at their office . fedex fault . They told Go to usa and talk to FedEx in person ( which I called FedEx 20 time( when I talk to FedEx they told me it more than 2 weeks the case is closed they told me talk to seller ) which extremely frustrated . ( then seller tell me talk to FedEx ) been on going for 2 months . Anyway lost 1 k dollars . Waste so much time . This seller is not responsible. Unreliable . I will never work this company again .
