Fantastic time, fantastic villa
We’ve had the most fantastic time at this villa for the past 2 weeks. We will definitely be back. There were 7 of us in our party ranging from 4 to 51. The pool is amazing! And was used daily. There are some lovely restaurants close by that we made good use of. Close to supermarkets and bus stops that easily get you to coral bay and paphos. There is also car hire available close by if you need it and taxis are easy to get hold of.
The villa itself has everything you could need! Very spacious and clean. So much space and the views are beautiful across the sea. Communication has been amazing and any issues we had (due to our own faults) were sorted very promptly. There is honestly nothing I could fault at this villa, the location is lovely and quiet but close to local amenities. It’s the first time we have ever done a villa but definitely not the last. Thankyou so much Cyprus villas we have all had such an amazing time and we can’t wait to come back. 2 weeks just wasn’t enough, wish we could stay longer!!!

Everything was first class from the options of villas, through to the welcome at the villa and all the assistance we asked for until we left.
There are many, many villas to choose from at CVR. We opted for one near paphos, but which is very quiet too.
The booking process was simple ple and efficient.
The villa itself was exactly as we expected; clean, upkept and ready for us
We had to make some.changes to our bookings due to illness in the family and CVR were exceptionally helpful throughout.
I will definitely use CVR again whenever, and wherever, we go back to Cyprus.

Loved Cleopatra Villa it had everything…
Loved Cleopatra Villa it had everything we needed, 8 of us 7 Adults and one 16 year old we had plenty of space and all amenities needed for our stay, loved having 2 fridges and a wine cooler. It was clean and tidy and great views especially from 1st floor and roof terrace we all felt at home, Cyprus Retreats were fantastic if we needed anything they were fast and quick to respond I was very Impressed. The Outside pool and hot tub clear and bright and a good space and views , I recommend getting it heated before you go as I found we used it so much more and spent hours in it due to this. Location car is needed in the middle of Coral Bay and Chloaraka harbour but you can walk to a bus stop 10mins that can take you either way. plenty of shops and supermarkets and reasturants on main strip and use wolt which is like uber eats if you need a takeaway or something from the supermarket we did several times and it worked well. We had a great holiday at the villa thank you Cyprus Retreats

Terrible Experience
We had a terrible holiday and a terrible experience with this company. We had 2 expensive watches stolen from our villa. There was no sign of a break in and the villa was fully secured. On one day we did have a number of staff from Cyprus Villa Retreats turn up to sporadically check the alarm system, which was working fine. This meant that we all had to leave the villa to do the check during the day. And then the watches were never seen again. I would never use them again and if you do, don’t trust them!

Marina Villa Coral Bay - excellent and relaxing
We stayed this last weeked at the Marina Villa in Coral Bay. The service we received was fantastic and the house was located only a 10 minute walk from restaurants and a 10 minute walk to beach (there was a new walk way (without stairs) down to the beach just around from the house). The house was very clean. We would defintely stay there again.

From start to finish everything went so…
From start to finish everything went so smooth the villa was more than we expected very spacious rooms and beautiful outside grounds incorporating a fabulous pool and hot tub which we all made great use of during our stay the pool and hot tub was cleaned and treated by specialists who didn’t intrude on our stay, the added facilities of washing machine and dishwasher really helped and the pool table kept everyone entertained.
Around the pool there was more than enough seating and sun beds for everyone to relax and enjoy the stunning views this property affords from its hillside location which also gives you privacy to enjoy your stay.
There was everything inside the villa to make it a hugely enjoyable stay
I would highly recommend a stay here we were a family group including young infants, teenagers, and adults and we all had a fantastic relaxing holiday.

False and Misleading advertising
We stayed at Villa Ariana in May 2023. Cyprus Villa Retreats had an appalling attitude. In the meet and great it was like having a meeting with the Gestapo. They just read out a list of rules and regulations. Very unwelcoming. The villa advertised on the internet was not the villa we were led to believe it was. Some of the photos were real and others were not. Looking at other villas on the internet in the same plot, some of the photos were taken from much nicer villas. This is deliberately misleading. We would not have booked it if we had viewed the real photos. For some I believe they borrowed lamps, ornaments, cushions and throws as they were much nicer than the real ones. When we had problems with noisy neighbours their attitude was terrible. They told me that nobody else was complaining - there was nobody else in the other villas apart from the noisy ones - I went knocking to speak to the 'neighbours'. When they came round to listen for themselves, it was at the end of the day when the noise stopped and so they tried to make me believe it was a figment of my imagination. Their blurb about the villa maintained it was a 'quiet and peaceful' area. I don't think so

A wonderful 5 star villa with great location
A wonderful villa located in a very convenient location with supermarkets and local shops/restaurants within walking distance. The pre arrival comms was great and very detailed and we found the villa exactly as described. All basic amenities and much more was provided. A lovely outdoor space with pool, a fully equipped kitchen, great entertainment with board games and a TV with movies on demand as well as spacious bedrooms overlooking the ocean made for a lovely relaxing holiday. The support from the Cypress Villa Retreat team was only an email away and an induction with one of their team
Allowed us to ask any questions we had on the first day. Thank you CVR. This was nothing short of a 5 star villa and service. Definitely would love to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Very best wishes.

Highly recommended!
From the first contact to helping sort us out when our airline just decided to cancel our flights, I’ve been mightily impressed with CVR. The villa itself was ideal for the six of us (three adults, three kids aged 12, 10 and 8) with plenty of areas to escape from each other but also to socialise. We had a really helpful chat on the first morning with a representative to give us the full lowdown - will definitely be booking again with CVR.
