I ordered from this place on the 28 of…

I ordered from this place on the 28 of September 2025 and I still haven’t received anything and today is November 15 2025 . And they do not reply to the emails you send and the store now says it has shut down and this is horrible.

I ordered from this place on the 28 of…

I ordered from this place on the 28 of September 2025 and I still haven’t received anything and today is November 14 2025 . And they do not reply to the emails you send and the store now says it has shut down and this is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM .

Scam I paid for trainers months ago still not received tried emailing them a few times no reply do not use this fake account

No good customer service

2 orders in November paid for, one small order and one big. Never received anything. Mailed with them many times only got the money back from the small order. The big one I haven’t received it’s 6 months further. She doesn’t answer anymore and this week I am blocked.

I believe you might be confusing us with a different company. We also carefully respond to all emails and social media messages, and no one has ever been blocked from our channels.

We kindly ask you to refrain from sharing incorrect information. If you can provide a valid order number or proof of payment, we are more than happy to look into it. Without this, your claim remains unfounded.

Hele mooie jurken en abaya’s. Fijn contact gehad met de verkoper. Goede service en snel ontvangen.

Top verkoper. Recent 2 abaya’s gekocht waarvan 1 eigenlijk uit de voorraad was. Verkoper wist toch snel de uitverkochte abaya weer in stock te krijgen en deze tijdig bij mij te leveren. Verder ben ik goed geadviseerd over de koerdische jurk die ik voor binnenkort heb gehuurd 🥳

Alles is heel mooi en snel aangekomen. Ben heel erg blij met me abaya het is prachtig. En ik vind het heel proffesioneel dat er ook een retournering brief mee is gestuurd. Heel erg bedankt !!!

Supergoede ervaring gehad met de…

Supergoede ervaring gehad met de medewerkers! Ik had de abaya snel nodig en de medewerkers wisten dit tijdig op te sturen waardoor ik mijn evenement kon bijwonen. Super veel complimenten gekregen van iedereen. Steentjes zijn er ook heel zorgvuldig op gezet is te blijken. Zeker het geld waard!!

Top bedrijf!

Ik heb zo’n enorm goede ervaring met Cyra gehad. Ze wisten hoe graag ik een abaya wou die uitverkocht was, dus het moment dat er een op voorraad kwam stuurde ze mij gelijk een berichtje. Enorme lieve mensen!
