Ik heb op de site van D-Pharma een artikel gevonden wat ik graag wilde bestellen. Dit heb ik besteld en betaald. De dag erna kreeg ik bericht dat dit produkt niet meer te krijgen was (waarom staat het dan niet op de site) en dat ik een zgn. hipay wallet-rekening kon aanmaken zodat D-pharma het geld hierop terug kon storten. Dit heb ik gedaan. Het was een zeer onhandige site en ik kon daarna deze rekening niet openen. Wat heb ik aan zo'n rekening? Ik doe daar niets mee en ik wil helemaal geen hipay wallet rekening. Ik wil gewoon dat mijn geld terug gestort wordt op mijn eigen lopende rekening. Dit is gewoon diefstal en ik zal overal waar ik kan negatieve reclame maken over D-Pharma. Ik heb er geen goed woord voor over. Wat een boeven!!!!!!!!!

I havn't receive my items yet. It was my secont order. I waited first one one month.

I needed a preparation for one of my patients which is hard to obtain in the UK. I registered with D-Pharma and, while it was out of stock at that time, they emailed me when it was available and I completed my order. The goods arrived today in good time and in perfect condition. I will use D-Pharma again.

Product - Exactly as described at a reasonable price. Be mindful of the fact that the product is from Belgium where English is not the native language. This means that the product and its dosage details will be in French/German.

Shipping - The product arrived with minimal bubble packaging. I noticed a small tear in the packaging, luckily it was too small for the products to fall out from. The courier that was used, BPost, were slow and expensive. I paid 40 Euro's for the premium express service and it took them over a week to arrive. Another issue I noticed is that their website has limited English sections so dont expect to receive any assistance for English enquiries .

My issues were with the courier company and NOT D-Pharma, in fact they were helpful in replying to my questions in a timely manner.
