The customer service while booking was fantastic but unfortunately there was very poor communication and no direction on where to park. We were given numbers and told to call the captain that were WhatsApp Calling numbers so was unable to talk to him. Found the crew very unfriendly and at points rude. We also caught them throwing the used plastic bottles into the water even though there were signs on the boat prohibiting us from doing that. No food allowed in the kitchen?!?!?! Not enough room for 23 guests and food to be laid out. Decorations disappointing and was given a hard time because I wanted to put up a 18th photo card collage. No eating inside the boat, what if you were staying on there??? Would not use again and wouldn’t recommend them.

My vacation could not have been better without you guys. Thanks a lot for everything you have done. I will recommend D3yachts to my friends and relatives. In my experience, your yacht charter services are the best in Dubai. I will be in contact with you soon.

I was searching for a private luxury yacht to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I and my wife chartered D3yachts to spend our time sailing. It was an incredible experience to spend the night aboard. The crew were so amazing that they even taught us some sailing techniques. If I could rate them, I would definitely give them 10 stars.

What a trip! Now that I'm thinking about it, I really had great fun with my friends. We were lucky enough to get an experienced captain who actually taught us to cast. He showed us spots where we could find fish easily. Thanks to D3yachts for arranging a great crew for us.

It was my son’s birthday and I want him to experience a great day that he could cherish forever. So, I rented out D3yachts. The event went so well. The food, cake, and decorations were all fantastic. To be very frank, when I am writing this review the memories of the day pop up in my mind.

Great charter in Dubai Marina. We really enjoyed the sunset cruise and party with friends. The captain was great and really knowledgeable about Dubai. One of best experiences we have had visiting Dubai ! We will be back again this year to jump back on the D3 yacht.
