Scam. I just received an email saying they've shipped my order - three years after I ordered it?

Total scammer website. The reviews look legit but they send you hats that are availabile on Aliexpress for less than $1 and free shipping. Then they don't honor their return policy.

Fast delivery to Bristol and cap exactly as described.

I recently order 2 astronaut and a hat on hat. Packaging is simple. Normal stated delivery time. Big possitive is I get 3 hats @ $49. "DADHATS" coupon is available to all. Good quality hats at less price.

Can't cancel an order after placed - thought this was a different website and on looking at the reviews after the order is placed saw it was a scam website that tricks people into thinking it's a different one.

Knock off hats, terrible terrible quality. Took about 2 months for a hat order to arrive, it's completely flat which is... Fine I guess. But, the material is equal to one ply toilet paper. Absolute junk is what they're selling but that's why it's cheap. No one, NO ONE, would buy anything from the site if they saw it in person first. Comically bad.

This hat is too small for an adult head. I wrote to the company immediately upon receipt, and they assured me they would send me a return label according to their 7 day return guarantee. I have emailed the company 4 times, and each time I was promised they would take the hat back. They even asked me to email a picture of the too small hat on my head, which I did. In four different emails asking for the return label, they assured me they would send it. 21 days later, I am still waiting for the ability to return the hat and get my money back. This company is a scam and a purveyor of cheap goods. Additionally, when I posted a review on their own website,shockingly it was never published....hmmmm.

Scam. It's been a month, they said it would arrive <15 days, gave USPS tracking info, it was never received by USPS... Reporting to BBB, filed investigation with credit card company. Very upsetting, do not trust. Customer service was 'quick' to respond, but gave no resolution or refund.

It´s a scam! I ordered a hat 3 months ago and it never arrived. I tried to contact costumer service and got no response, didn´t get a refund either.

Cool hats at an affordable price and kind seller answered all queries instantly.
