Their new site is bad. Its so difficult to navigate and identify property. It feels like some rando in sales thought it was a good idea to "jazz it up" and then hire an intern who's only UX design exposure was scrolling tiktok feeds.

Au delà du fait que ce site est quasi inaccessible pour louer en tant que Français, beaucoup d'arnaqueur sont présent sur la plateforme pour profiter de la concurrence pour trouver un logement. C'est a dire qu'il t'incite a payer au plus vite car il te réponde qu'il y a beaucoup de personne intéresser par leur logement. Pour ma part je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle de la personne a qui j'ai envoyé 1400e donc faites bien attention surtout quand vous n'êtes pas sur place directement...

I am a potential service provider advertiser with a decent budget. I am now days waiting on one of thier sales team to reply to my request for someone to contact me. I would hate to be an investor in this business. I hope this property boom is serving them well because like everything else it goes around in circles.

99% of the emails alert don't match my saved search criteria

website and smartphone app do not offer the same functionalities, you have to use both the get what you need

Entered/renewal date does not offer any valuable information to the end user

Duplicates in the saved properties

Should allow to leave reviews of the property agent / Auctioneers

All in all this website look like a promising beta. For a leading company in the business for over 20 years the least I can say is that it is very amateurish.

Have been trying to contact there customer service for over 2 weeks now eventually someone replied. to say they don't contact customers back by telephone (must relate to cost issue.or they can't speak English ) she did not address the issue raised by me and has not replied to my é mails to date. This is rubbish customer service from" lreland leading property website " time for competition to take over. Ps l have been daft customer for almost 20 years

Never go to 11 Eglinton Court. The owner of the house is a swindler. I've been there, but the owner is so stupid that He can't even calculate the number. I have to pay the electricity bill, but everyone receives it differently. Once, he cut off the Internet because Chinese often play games. Nevertheless, he still got the electricity bill. If you hate him at all, he'll catch your weakness. Even Wi-Fi is not 1GB. I've never used it in my life there. The Internet is often disconnected and the speed is quite slow. He wrote down four people on the site, but he actually brought four more members of his family. That's why there's a total of nine people. You have to pay for their electricity and heating. The kitchen utensils are quite dirty and scraps come out of the coffee pot. They run washing machines and dishwashers even at dawn. And you can hear who uses the bathroom at dawn.

New site is absolute rubbish. The old adage of why try to fix something that ain't broken, sums this new site up perfectly. It's horrible to view & navigate to the point that I won't use it anymore. Current site looks like an advertisement for property developers & mortgage brokers. Somebody got paid for sure. I have no interest whatsoever in (overpriced) student accommodation so why so many ads focused on it. Appears as if the designers were told by their paymasters, we're financing this site so we want it first & foremost to look like an online glossy brochure for our developments when prospective 'clients' click on the front end home screen. Oh additionally, we also want it to be 'attractive' to a certain type of buyer read investors. No riff raff please. I hope they'll keep paying you as the clicks dry up.

Seems to be quite backward in that if you want to change your details like an email address, you have to create a new account, but then some details like your phone number are still stuck to your old account. No option in account management to delete the old account. It's like they have no IT capabilities or are just purposely making things difficult.

Just checked my account and they have taken €59 twice from me and are not answering emails .Against the law in my book .

I had an advert that went live just a few days before Covid lockdown in Ireland. I emailed and asked if I could put it on hold and reactivate when things came back to some normality. Long story short they are now refusing to activate it and they refuse to give me a contact number to call them on to talk it out saying they are an online company and have no phones. They said I need to email them from the email address associated with my account. I do not have access to this as its been years since I worked in this company and explained this to them but again ignorant saying it has to be from that email address.
They had no problem accepting my money for the advert in the first place. Absolutely awful customer care, in fact they do not care about the customer at all. I have asked for management to contact me to make a formal complaint.

We had two amounts of 70euro taken from my partners account from daft.ie. We are not even renting through daft and it's very worrying to me that they even have my partners card/bank details. We never gave consent to take any amount of money out and have no idea what it's for?
Has anybody else ever heard of this happening before? Also no contact details on daft to be able to speak to anyone regarding this so I may have to go down the route of legal advice.

There site worked perfectly and then they go and ruin it. You could search for an area like baldoyle and get all the listings for the area. Now it throws out an 40 properties in the surrounding areas that I have no interest in. I'll no longer be a user of the site or app.

Has to be the best site in Ireland to buy property - seems to have everything. Great site and easily beats any others i tried to use. Love it
