It was quick, easy and user friendly app to use. The amazing thing is, the receiver details is already recorded and once I put phone number record automatically appears.
Rate is good as well.
Unfortunately, this was my first time using Dahabshiil app, I didn't get promotion of 1st free transaction as promised. I paid fee.

They still money
They still money, they don't deliver the money you send. And they have also very weak support system everything time you contact them you have to explain your case like new. After all uou get blamed or show bank transactions from the person you send money to make sure if you are not revive the money. It's very tiresome to make conversation with them. Just take care.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful from start to finish. Communication was unclear and confusing, almost as if they were speaking in riddles rather than providing straightforward answers.
There was also a complete lack of respect toward both the sender and receiver, which made the situation even more frustrating. Attempts to resolve issues were unsuccessful due to the absence of reliable contact options—there is no reachable telephone number, and emails go unanswered.
Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this bank to anyone looking for efficient and respectful customer support.
