Fabulous healthy tubers and plants!

Bought from dhalia beach twice now along with tigers from another company the same years. The difference in the flowers between the two...dhalia beach stood out on everyone, producing so many more blooms and healthier plants, when I've lifted the tubers for winter the Dahlia beach ones also looked better with me being able to split most of them before repottong up today. Love the help and advice from Andi too on her social media pages.

Poor communication and customer care

Dahlia Beach cancelled our pick your own slot on 14.9.25. Nothing posted on website that PYO field closed. Email sent advising was sent from different email address to usual comms so went to spam. Upon checking Insta, a post notified flower show closed but no mention of PYO field. We travelled 140 mile round trip for nothing and there were a dozen other people who turned up who didnt know either. Appalling customer care. At least have a staff member present at the site. The rain wasnt even forecast until 2pm and didnt rain all the time we were at Millets farm. We left 1:50pm. I will not be returning.

I am so sorry that you didn't receive the email communication to inform you of the field closure. We had 300 people booked for the 14th September & were advised to postpone on Thursday when the forecast predicted high winds and torrential rain all day.

We sent two emails to everyone who had booked & shared the news several times to Instagram and Facebook but we did not update the website and we apologise that this was not done.

We received a couple of phone calls from people who had also not received the email and we advised them that they would be welcome to walk around the field but would be unable to pick flowers as we were closed.

We were therefore very sad to hear that people had chosen to pick flowers and leave without paying. As a small business, we couldn't justify employing someone to stand in the field at the gate all day to inform them & we trusted people to walk around the field in good faith.

There have been some lessons learnt for sure and we're very sorry for your wasted journey & our first 1 star review.

Brilliant selection of Dahlia tubers

Brilliant selection of Dahlia tubers. Had soo many flowers last year, they are just beautiful. Beautifully packaged with lovely instruction cards for each tuber. Their Pick Your Own site in Oxford is stunning too

Great delivery great product lovely…

Great delivery great product lovely company to buy from the tubers have been perfect everytime , there was a mix up with my order but this was rectified the same day ..brilliant five stars from me
