I am very disappointed with this purchase. The seller sent me the wrong size, and when I reached out for help, instead of correcting their mistake, they only offered me a partial refund or a $20 coupon and told me to buy the item again. Why should I have to pay twice for their error? This is extremely frustrating and shows poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this seller again.

Wir bekamen komplett andere Ware zugeschickt als was wir bestellt hatten. Verkäufer versucht einen darauf hin mit einer Teilrückzahlung abzuwimmeln und sich den Hauptteil der ursprügnlichen Zahlung zu behalten. Nur nach mehrfacher beschwerde wurde eine Rückzahlung des vollen Betrages zugesagt. ABER - man muss auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken was sehr teuer ist. Weiters ist es ein Glücksspiel ob es überhaupt ankommt, da die Empfängeradresse ganz komisch ist. Auch der Käuferschutz von Paypal versagt hier total, da der Shop ja eine Lösung anbietet. Dass man jedoch für die Rücksendung von falsch zugesendeter Ware auch noch bezahlen soll ist eine Frechheit. Das hat aber auf die Entscheidung von Paypal keine Auswirkung. Diese entscheiden zu Gunsten des Verkäufers da der Käufer das Angebot nicht annimmt. Fühlt sich an wie organisierter Betrug im großen Stil!

I ordered 2 t-shirts from them, cost 60 dollars.. they sent two completely wrong t-shirts, different size colour and designs. When I contacted them, they offered me “2 options”, 26 dollars credit or keep the items and 26 dollars cash back?

They are scammers, and are also now trying to make me pay to return the items, when it is their complete f up.

Do not use them unless you want to be scammed. Absolute scum.

More photos of products on website would be helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed order in early April and waited and waited and waited. Emailed them asking ETA and was Informed shipment was delayed at port and could re-ship(which I did)... it's now June and just received shorts and no t-shirt, emailed concerning problem with a response t-shirt was now out of stock and could have coupon credit or refund. I will never purchase from this company again!!!

Not received my clothes yet. Waited ages, had no feedback from them after ordering and emailing to ask how long it would take. On their website it says they would reply but didn’t.

The worst company ever. I ordered a shirt but there was no description on the shirt saying what kind of material it was. I waited 3 weeks for the shirt and when it came in I seen the tag said 100% cotton. They gave me the option to send it back for full refund so I did that. Still haven’t received it. I placed another order for the same shirt but this time in a bigger size. The site let me go through checkout with a xl but at some point after checkout it refreshed and auto correct the size to a random size because apparently xl was unavailable but, the site never said it was. Now they’re only giving me the option for partial refund and keep the shirt… what the hell am I gonna do with a small shirt, it’s literally a crop top for me at that point. Never again with this company

I just ordered a sweatshirt as of 1 hour ago. Will see how long it takes and how it is. The only thing so far I don't like is they give u a 5% discount but it can't be used unless you spend $75.00!!!
