Juices were delivered quickly and every juice tasted amazing. There is a really good variety and liked the fact I could build my own box with juices I wanted. Will definitely order again.

Hello guys at Daily Dose.
I will start by saying that I absolutely love your products. Up to now I have purchased and carried by hand on every chance I have, bottles of juice which were purchased at Sage and Bayley at Marylebone High Street and Selfridges Food Hall. (Please note that I leave in South East London and purchased only as muuch as I could physically carry by hand) I recently found O'Freco available at Waitrose through online order and proceeded to purchasing the 3 bottles they had available.
I was absolutely thrilled about the prospect of receiving my favourite juice through delivery and was even more thrilled by the discount you offered.
Unfortunatelly I found that DPD would not be the optimal way of delivering your product.
Issue 1) The juices arrived at luke warm temperature.
Issue 2) During the ordering process I was prompted to indicate a preferred delivery day. My preference was not met. The delivery date and time was selected by DPD and was at a time that I could not possibly be home to receive it.
Issue 3) DPD conduct. I notified my housemate of the delivery explaining that it is a sensitive product and they happily agreed to assist me on this occasion and keep an eye out for delivery during the slot provided by DPD.
Whilst I was at work I received the confirmation of delivery by DPD with a photo of the box left exposed at the front door of my house which tells me that they made no effort to ensure that someone has physically received it.
As much as I love Daily Dose Juice, at this point I would much rather continue purchasing your products from high street stockists and having to carry them myself even if that means that I will be having less of the Daily Dose bottles of juice in my refrigerator than I would like.
Unless you can set up your own delivery refrigerator trucks and provide specific delivery slots for the consumer like the mainstream grocery brand delivery, so that I can be at home at delivery and the juice remains in protected environment,from the truck fridge straight to the home fridge, I would not choose purchasing and obtaining your products arriving to me at luke warm temperature through the regular service of a delivery company who I feel do not show much consideration to the sensitivity of your product.

Received an order over 70 quid with one 4 inch cooling pack. All the bottles were not cold. Spoiled food order. Still not received a replacement.

So I have purchased 4 times from the company and last time was a five day cleanse
My green juices were all bad, they were foaming when opening and just bad
I reached out to them and of course nothing
No one replaced them not even a sorry how can we make it better

Will never waste my money again with them

Expensive yes, but the quality and taste are great. Minus one star for all the plastic bottles, I pay extra for milk delivery so the bottles are glass. I expect them to say we are working on it, but we need action, not just words.
All in all a great drink
