We'd like to investigate this further as this is not standard practice for our service. The only time money would be deducted from your paycheck is if you used our service to withdraw a portion of your paycheck early. Use Caution!
DailyPay was made aware that I did NOT want them using my paycheck from one employer to satisfy an overpayment. Today, I woke up to not receiving my check. Upon chatting with support for over a half hour, calling my bank, and my HR team, they withheld my paycheck my from employer to settle the balance I supposedly owe them. I was NOT given the option for a payment plan and there has been no clear communication from them. I would advise avoiding them at all costs.
