Good Experience
So, my overall shopping experience was good with Daily Shoppers. However I have deducted a star from my rating because no Invoice was provided in the delivered package, and even after requesting the copy of purchase Invoice on WhatsApp several times, the request wasn't fulfilled. I don't understand why. Also the delivery could have been faster. But overall, I had a fine experience, where the Daily Shoppers was very cooperative otherwise and cleared all my doubts patiently.

Sent a different cover and his experience and knowledge asked him to blame the customer directly! I have never seen a business person so immature and duping. Won't recommend anybody to purchase from this store. Probably he is accustomed of seeing unfair people personally and professionally.

Nonsense buyer. Orders a case for a newly launched phone Mi 12 Pro. Orders a Nillkin Textured case. States he received Super Frosted case. When asked to share photos, he shares photos of duplicate case, but original box of textured case and gets caught as he forgets to change box before sending me the photo. Not sharing additional photos of back side of box where MRP & all details are mentioned, because he knows he will again be caught as he cannot print MRP stickers like us

Poor return support
Poor return support. Asking the customer to send the product themselves rather than arranging the pickup. I would suggest paying more and buying from Amazon to have greater service and support.

We are agreeing 100%, if customers want same product at 25-50% discounted price to Amazon, we cannot give same service level as Amazon related to returns. You can surely buy our products from Amazon at 25-50% higher price, if service & returns is an issue. But we actually never had to take returns till date
Apart yours is a one off case, till date, we never had to take return. Yours is a minor issue with product.
Excellent Product
Product delivered in excellent condition with good packaging.
Overall good first experience with this website.
