I wanted to share some thoughts on my recent experience, which has been quite frustrating from the start. First and foremost, I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of these people. Based on my own experience (and what I've seen in other reviews), the product arrived damaged and getting reimbursed is impossible.

When I tried to resolve the issue, client service—possibly an AI—initially offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. When I declined, they then offered a refund of just $3. As for the product itself, I ordered motorcycle boots that were advertised as made in the USA. Unfortunately, these boots are not suitable for motorcycle riding at all, and to add to the disappointment, they were shipped directly from China.

If I didn’t feel so misled by the whole experience, I might laugh about it. To be clear, I’m not a competitor trying to damage their reputation, even though client service explained away the other negative reviews in that manner.

So, bad product, no refund and worst Client Service. Stay away from it...

Absolutely dreadful. Boots take ages to arrive only to find they are cheap rubbish, not the ones advertised and way too small. Customer service at Dallader are evasive and dismissive and offer a sincere ‘apology’ but no refund. Complete con artists and think they are above consumer protection laws in the UK. NEVER buy ANYTHING from them. Disgraceful!!!

Web site says "made in USA" but the shoes are shipped from China. The shoes were meant to be made of Goretex, but were just suede with a waterproof spray. They say 100% refund if not happy for any reason. But they stalled with slow responses and no return address provided. I do not recommend buying from this company.

For what it's worth, after the back and forth emails, they offered me an US$8 refund on my US$70 purchase. The money was deposited on my card.

I'm a construction worker—and I've found a pair of work boots that won't collapse! The composite heels remain sturdy even after 10 hours of continuous work. Six months later, they've become my most frequently worn boots.

I ordered boots that look like they were made with zero quality control (I'm being nice with my language). They were uneven, did not match, and they were too small. Basically CRAP! The company conveniently omits the fact from their website that they are a Chinese company. They advertise a "FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND" if not satisfy yet they want you to pay to ship their crappy boots back to them. When I said I refused to pay to ship them back, they offered me a $3 store credit! Unbelievable! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

These things have maintained their shape and support for over a year. I'm a postman and walk eight miles every day. Since I started using them, my plantar fasciitis has never flared up.

The shoe size was too small, I can't even put them on, a 13US 12UK fit perfectly the ones I received is a size 10? And what I received is shoe totally different from a motorcycle boot. They are fraudulent theives.

This is a company to stay far away from.
Their customer service is the worst. I’ve experienced in a long time.
They want you to pay for there mistakes when they send you the wrong size they want you to pay to ship them back.
But I’ve looked it up according to both state and federal laws the seller can not charge to return product that were sent to you in the wrong size.
I used there sizing guide and the boot I received were not even close.
I am going to be filing a complaint to both state and federal consumer complaint department since is this is a foreign company.
But base on how the state and federal laws read my consult a class action attorney because based on other reviews, this was not the first time they’ve tried to charge people to return the product that were sent to them miss sized and maybe be subject to them selves to a class action suit.

Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances. They are fraudulent. I order and paid $70 for a pair of motorcycle boots size 10.5. I received a pair of size 7 dress shoes. The company offered $8 refund. Police should investigate.

DO NOT BUY SHOEs, QUALITY IS POOR !

These boots are rubbish!!
After just a week the padding in the heel wore down exposing the hard plastic. This resulted in holing my artic socks and giving me painful blisters on both heels.
I emailed the Dallander explaining the issue with pics and asked for either a replacement or refund. They
Said they wouldn’t do either as their
30 day refund time had passed, just.
I have since found out they are not even American as advertised, but cheap Chinese shit.

Bought the boots because they advertised made in USA, very poor quality and not the size they say. Asked to return and was told I would have to pay shipping fees to China. They advised gifting them and buying another pair. Take my advice and stay well away.

The service is absolutely disappointing. The quality is very poor compared to the price.

This company claims it’s shoes are designed and manufactured in the USA.

I questioned this by email and they confirmed this was true.

Imagine my surprise when the shipment was dispatched from Shenzhen in China.

The shoes are therefore made and dispatched from China and not the USA

Therefore I shall be making a complaint to the relevant authorities about this fraud and shall make a chargeback on my USA credit card too

I can confirm what the majority of other reviewers have said because my experience has been similar. The company is totally unresponsive. It's website says "We are unable to respond immediately due to a large number of inquiries. But we will definitely reply to you within 24 hours." That is a lie. They also claim to provide live chat and telephone support. Also a lie. They claim their boots are made in the USA but they ship out of China. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely a horrific experience. They advertise free returns and expected m to pay high shipping fee to China. They wouldn’t even me return address until after offer 10% off next purchase, $3, then $5 and max $8 and still expected me to pay for shipping. I contacted.PayPal & My credit card co. Ato file a dispute!!

Ordered motorbike boots. They were too small, did not at all match the image posted and totally unsuitable for a serious biker and would be quite unsafe. Having read reviews now my expectation of a refund is low

I would not give this company a one star for the quality of the riding boots I received but you have to give a rating to continue with the review. DO NOT purchase shoes (motorcycle riding boots) from this company. They are nothing like the boots they promoted on Instagram. They are cheap for a reason. The company would NOT refund my purchase. Once again DO NOT purchase shoes from them.

Absolutely the worst. Boots arrived in a bag shipped from China, Smashed up and 1 boot was the wrong size. 12 emails later, i still do not have a return address. They claim "Hassle-Free Returns" - A complete LIE.
