You book a flight at 18.30 and it departs next day 2.30

Worst company ever.
We took off with 4 hours delay, and we couldn't land in Brasov because it was too late, so we landed in Buccarest.
We arrived in Brasov at Midnight instead of 4.00 pm...
We tried to contact the company but they never answered. We asked passenger right SPF to contact them but never answer neighter.
This company shouldn't be authorized to fly in Belgium

A fost prima oară când am zburat cu această companie. După ce am văzut ca zborul va avea o oră întârziere am început să caut recenzii. Sincer m-am cam panicat când am văzut ca 90% sunt proaste. Credeam ca voi sta și eu vreo 7h în aeroport. Din fericire nu a fost cazul. Normal aș fi dat 4 stele pt ca totuși a avut o întârziere zborul dar mi-a plăcut foarte mult echipajul de bord care este atent, serviabil și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. 2 exemple îmi vin în minte. 1. Le-am spus ca într-una din toalete chiuveta este înfundată, și-au cerut scuze și au mers instant sa remedieze problema. 2. După îmbarcare au făcut tot posibilul să găsească o soluție pt ca o mamă să stea lângă fetița sa. Chiar este un personal prietenos fără fițe și figuri. Cu siguranță îi voi mai alege pe viitor.

Horrible experience, our flight been delayed for the third time. We choose them because they were cheaper than other flights but never again.

Flight delayed 10h. Don’t use this company, it’s a joke like everyone else said. They have 3 planes with 50+ destinations. Just a joke of a company, first time and last time.

Am avut cea mai oribilă experiență posibilă cu Dan Air si mă simt obligata să avertizez pe toți cei care intenționează să folosească această companie aeriană. Zborul a fost întârziat continuu pe parcursul zilei fără nicio explicație (ar fi trebuit sa zbor la 11:00). La ora 20:00, toate informațiile despre zbor au fost eliminate de pe tabloul principal de afișaj și nu a fost prezent niciun angajat care să ne răspundă la întrebări sau să ne ofere detalii.
Din cauza acestei situații, am pierdut bani și pe zborul de retur cu o altă companie aeriană. Este clar că Dan Air nu își respectă clienții și nu își asumă responsabilitatea pentru disconfortul și pierderile cauzate.
Vă recomand din tot sufletul să evitați această companie aeriană. Dacă doriți să aveți o călătorie fără stres și să fiți tratați cu respect, alegeți orice altă companie în afară de Dan Air.

I would give zero stars if possible.
Avoid avoid avoid, that extra amount you pay for some other airline is absolutely worth it.
My mum and son have been in the airport since 11am for a flight that was supposed to leave at 13:20 after 7 hours they are still waiting no one is there to talk to them or inform them if is delayed, cancelled or if that flight will ever become available.
They treat people like animals in all honesty worst. Is absolutely disgusting I do really hope this company will go bust any time soon.

Delayed 3 h, and we are still in the airport hoping not to delayed us again.

Un jeg de companie , in data 13/07 trebuia sa zbor din Bacau spre Torino ,
doua zile inainte am primit mesaj sa ajung la aereoport mai devreme cu o ora ..
in ziua respectiva dupa o asteptare de 5 ore mi sa spus ca zborul e sters ...

Delayed by 3 hours, they had us cramped in a bus for another 40 minutes. Then, once on the plane, it was old, dirty, and creaking from everywhere. My tray table still had food on it from the last flight. Once we were all sat down, we stayed on the ground unmoving for another hour. No information was given. Flight attendants were unenthusiastic and lazy. The food options were extremely limited, they had a huge menu on the catalogue but nothing to give us. Once we took off, the plane was creaking from everywhere and constantly making weird sounds. Lights were flickering too. On landing, we had to wait for another hour and a half to get our luggage. Horrible experience, never flying with them again. 👎

Se si potesse mettere meno 10 stelle lo farei ma non esiste come votazione.
Pessima organizzazione, imbarco sull’aereo alle 9:30 per partenza alle 09:50 di lunedì 22 luglio con 30 gradi. Dopo 3 ore (lasciati al caldo, senza aria condizionata, senza un bicchiere d’acqua, senza alcuna informazione concreta) ancora non si riesce a vedere l’ombra di una partenza… UNO SCHIFO ASSURDO! E al malcontento dei passeggeri, che volevano avere qualche spiegazione, è stato risposto che se si fossero scaldati gli animi(giustamente alterati ma nulla dí più) avrebbero chiamato le forze dell’ordine. Bambini che piangono e menefreghismo da parte di tutto lo staff…

Like most of the other reviews I wish there was an option for zero stars! I would never use this airline again! Appalling services! Outbound flight - I was asked to arrive at the airport 2 hours before the original time. Then we were sat inside the plane for another hour while they refuelled! Then another hour until were given the green light to take off. The passengers could not pay with their phone (due to change in company’s processes!!) which resulted in a very slow onboard services. People at the back of the plain only managed to buy food and drinks 2.5hr into the flight when we were preparing for landing! At the destination we had to wait 1 hr for the luggage to arrive. Inbound flight - again, I was notified that the flight was 2 hrs earlier than the original time (2pm). Upon arrival at the airport I received an email confirming a delay of approximately 4hrs! Flight rescheduled for 6pm. When the time came there was no one at the check in. The security staff let people know that there is going to be a further delay of another 6 hours! Flight rescheduled for the 3rd time to midnight! Only to be told by the armed police staff that the flight was cancelled and that there are some flyers left at the check in desk with the web link for new information! The web link took me to the main website page of Danair! No staff to talk to! I had to book a new flight from a different city and pay another 400 EUR just for a return ticket. I filled a compensation claim as per EC 261; however , one month has gone by and no reply from the airline! I called the chargeable customer service number advertised on the website and it said phone number invalid! I have never had such a bad travel experience until Danair! If you don’t want to experience this, please don’t use their services! I hope this airline goes bankrupt soon!

Would give zero stars if I could. Plane was late going on holiday and coming back. 5 hours late when going abroad and 8 hours coming back. It was scheduled for 21:45 and it got delayed until 5:30am!

O bătaie de joc. Nesiguri,neprofesionali și întârziați mai rău ca Wizz. Strica concedii,planuri,pentru ei termenul de profesionalism nu există. Evitați! Un exemplu simplu: 4 amânări pentru un singur zbor Liverpool-Bacău! Astăzi 19 Iulie,au chemat pasagerii cu 4,5 ore să facă check inn,denotă ca nici ei nu știu când le aterizează avionul. Amatori,de evitat.

Brutal experience, first time flying on return fly both journeys late, mad late 2 hours. Second time just before departure 2.45 hours late.... On the site 23 kg checking bag and 40/30/20 bag allowed in the plain... Ask to pay 30 euro because my bag had rolls??? No one to talk too, no contact... Gross misconduct of business... No more...

It's absolutely disgraceful, I believe this company has very poor management, and the schedule has changed a couple of times on the same day for the same flight, a long time waiting on departures.
I won't recommend it!!

Una schifo di compagnia. Dovevo partire ieri, 16 luglio, inizialmente alle 18, ma qualche giorno prima mi comunicano che l'orario è cambiato alle 6 di mattina. In aeroporto, dopo il check in, vedo che hanno ritardato il volo di un'ora, poi di due, e poi me l'hanno cancellato... non volate con questa compagnia, sicuro vi cancellano il volo
