Incredible products and wonderful customer service are what make this a 5 star business. When an issue came up with my order they were quick to respond, clear to communicate and came up with a very good solution. Not to mention the hoodies are beautiful with such detailed embroidery. Looking forward for ordering with them again.

We’ve purchased several Dandy sweatshirts for my daughter and for gifts. And she’s received several of them as gifts! They are such high quality and just adorable. And their customer service has been outstanding! Thank you for making the world a happier place!

They were super helpful. I had ordered the wrong size and because I had been traveling I missed the return window by a few days. They were super flexible and helped my get the order sorted out. I appreciated their flexibility and going above and beyond to help out.

I had returned a SMALL sweatshirt in brand new condition, as received with tags attached, paid the full postage return fee (12.75) and Dandy have rejected the return without any explanation.

This garment was for my daughters birthday and was far too big than other SMALL items we have previously ordered from Dandy.

No explanation as to why Dandy have deemed it appropriate to refuse this return what so ever.

I am now having to raise a complaint with PayPal and get advice from Trading Standards.

Steer clear of this company. I have always promoted how wonderful Dandy’s clothing is to everyone, my daughter owns at least 5 of their sweatshirts. This
Is beyond frustrating and shows clearly they have very poor consideration to their loyal customers.

I accidentally placed an order prematurely and reached out to Dandy Worldwide right away. Their team responded very quickly and canceled my order without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, and they were incredibly kind and understanding. It’s rare to find customer service that’s this responsive and helpful. Thank you, Dandy Worldwide, for making it so easy to fix my mistake. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! 💖

I absolutely love Dandy Worldwide! Their customer service is truly top notch every time I’ve reached out, they respond so quickly and are always helpful and kind. It makes such a difference knowing you’re actually being taken care of as a customer.

Shipping is also incredibly fast, which I really appreciate, especially when you’re excited about a drop. And the quality of their sweatshirts is AMAZING. They are thick, soft, and feel super high end product definitely worth it.

You can tell this brand really cares about both their products and their customers. I’ll continue to support and shop here again and again!

I ordered the ‘gift giving hoodie’ after saving for months for it, I love the design and the hoodie itself is so comfy! I haven’t washed it or anything, and only gotten to wear it twice so far and the threading on both of the sleeves are already unraveling :/ it might've come like that but I only just noticed it. For the price it’s really disappointing. I had reached out to customer service and the best they could do was to refund me $15 AUD of the $128 AUD hoodie. Grateful for the help and understanding but still pretty sad since I saved for ages and was so excited for a hoodie that the sleeves threading had started coming apart within the first 2 wears.

Other than that, lovely designs and so proud of the owner and everything she’s accomplishing with her brand! x

I received my order promptly but noticed a misprint in one of the areas of embroidery. I emailed Dandy on a Saturday and by that night they had created a replacement order that shipped on Monday. I appreciated their prompt response (on a weekend!) and willingness to make it right. Great communication and customer service and I'll definitely support this small business again.

We purchased the (Gift Giving) oversized hoodie from Dandy World for a Christmas gift for one of our granddaughters she was very happy with it. The process with the purchase was seamless. I ordered and received confirmation of the order and it arrived as stated. I have since reached out to our granddaughter and she says it is perfect, it washes well and she continues to love it. First, I must admit, I was not happy with the service of the company. That completely changed once the customer service people interacted with me one on one through email, which impressed me. The shipping took a while to come through, and ended up never arriving, and they gladly were able to assist me without any questions or hassles. The customer service is TOP NOTCH.

The hoodie is a cute design the embroidery is good quality but the hood is so small and uncomfortable even tho I sized up 2 sizes for an oversized fit. Im quite slim and it’s a still so small on my head I couldn’t imagine if others heads were bigger. I also asked if the hoodies have drawstrings before I purchased because I prefer drawstringed hoodies and customer service told me they do but mine did not arrive with it (the pictures differ for the products, some have it some don’t which is strange) When I asked about this as a follow up they just told me that some do and some don’t and mine dosnt which is like 😅 overall not worth it unless you really like the design, the hoodie also leaves lots of lint on clothes even after washing. Not worth it for me as I also had to pay for international shipping.

3rd time ordering and many more to come!

I already own the “gift giving” hoodie and matching sweatpants which was a gift from my boyfriend and I’m obsessed, I recently also got the “these flowers” and “what if” hoodies and omg I’ve just been rotating between all of them, I wear nothing else, even my Lululemon scubas are collecting dust because DANDY’S hoodies are THE best!

From the hoodies to the designs to the quality to the shipping to the customer service everything is just a 10/10.
Reaching out to customer support is a dream because they reply super fast and are so helpful!

If I had to give any criticism at all it would only be that free shipping even to EU on orders above a certain amount would be appreciated but other than that I can’t think of anything.

customer service is soooo kind and helpful. plus the hoodies are so soft and the designs are gorgeous.

The hoodie is high quality. Of course it costs more than a regular hoodie, but it also looks a lot nicer than a regular hoodie. The shipping was quick, and even though I had to return 1 out of the 2 (my daughter is EXTREMELY picky about how her clothes fit), I had no trouble, and DANDY was quick to respond. I would be excited to purchase from them again!

the customer service was great. i placed an order and unfortunately something went wrong with it once it arrived so i reached out and they were quick to help me fix the issue
other then that the shipping was fast, response time was fast and the quality of the hoodie is great. will be ordering from here again

When my hoodie arrived, I noticed there were a couple of minor stitching errors. Nothing huge, but just enough that I reached out to their customer service to ask about it. They responded quickly, were extremely kind, and didn’t make the process to get a new one complicated at all.

In total I have 6 Dandy hoodies and a pair of their sweatpants. They are the best quality and totally worth it. They are thick, soft, and perfectly oversized. Their costumer service is great too which makes me feel even better purchasing from them.
