False advertising.
I ordered items for their advertised high cotton content, but when they arrived the tag description showed a high synthetic product.
They’ve been difficult to contact and unprofessional at remedying this problem.
No way I’d order from them again.

Was sooo close to not buying just bc of all the reviews, never bought from here or even heard of the store but I decided to risk it bc they had a sale going on. They dispatched my order just one hour later, received the package the next day and all my items were correct. Maybe order in advance bc of what others have said, but my experience was 10/10 will definitely be buying again!! Love the quality of clothes too

Theyre Rubbish! My online store experience with these MF's is s**t. I made an online purchase from the NZ online store on 11th of November. They took the money, and an email was issued to say I had made the purchase, then nothing. No communication from them at all. I had to email them 5 days later using the Australian help link before they got back to me. One of the items I had purchased was sold out because they failed to confirmed the order so they refunded the one item and apologized and said the rest of the order had been shipped. This was the 16th November. I then had to email them for a tracking number 3 days later and nothing. They sent an email on the 21st of November with a tracking number. The order had been placed on the 18th of November, 7 days after I had purchased. The items are now coming from Australia and are showing that they're at Melbourne airport waiting for departure. It's nows the 23rd of November, and still no items. Theyve been sitting at the airport for 3 days now. I think I've been scammed...

Bought clothes off their site - 8 days and no dispatch.

This website is a poorly edited copy of the Australian one. It talks about 'Australian consumer law' on there, with no mention of New Zealand law, which very much does apply to them since they're trading in NZ.
There is no customer service number for NZ, and their returns policy states that they don't do refunds for items purchased from pay as you go services.
They also have broken links for the returns form on the website, and two conflicting postal addresses in different suburbs to send returned items back to.
They don't answer emails, and unlike every other clothing retailer in NZ, you cannot return items purchased on the website via their stores.
I won't be bothering to purchase anything from them in the future.
