I’ve placed multiple orders with Dani Dyers and the process has generally been smooth, but there is occasional room for improvement. The cost of luxury products feels acceptable overall.

Authentic designer items are available at fairly reasonable prices, though there is still some room for better deals.

Items are fake and no customer service when there is an issue. Do not purchase from this store.

I ordered shoes before almost 3 months!! There is no any response or answer!! Waist of time money!!

I’ve made a purchase for a The NorthFace Jacket on Feb 6, 2026. I still haven’t received a tracking number (todays date is March 24, 2026). I’ve made numerous attempts to cancel the order and get a reimbursement for the order of $235. I haven’t heard anything bad after requesting to cancel my order. This website is a complete scam running Google ads on high converting key words to gain visibility and the illusion of legitimacy. Absolutely despicable.

One month for sending the shoes. One week for delivery and due also to an error of courier, the product has been send back and delivered to Dani Dyers.
Written 4/5 emails to receive my money back e no answers.
They stole me money. I know I can’t do anything but something like legal action will help other people to save money.

i got my shoes and, THEY ARE FAKE GOLDERN GOOSES. i have other pairs and they are no way similar. when we asked for a refund, THEY COMPLETELY BOCKED US. And the shipping took 5 weeks, and they came from KOREA SO COMPLETELY FAKE

Ordered a pair of GG on 10th Feb. Received the Dispatch email on 18th and there hasnt been any update since then. When I open their Link for the tracking it shows the Shipment company is still awaiting the dispatch of the product. Reached out to the Customer service 6-7 times and havnt received a single response. Order number is D41384. I want the customer service to reachout to me asap and provide me the update.

Ho ordinato, ormai più di 2 settimane fa. un paio di Golden Goose e non sono mai arrivate, anzi, non sono neanche mai state spedite. Ho richiesto delle informazioni tramite mail e di avere un rimborso ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Ho provveduto a contattare la mia banca, sperando in un rimborso.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a pair of Golden Goose sneakers, and my order (#D41176) was marked as fulfilled and paid, but the shipment was ultimately seized because the contents were counterfeit. As a result, I never received the item I paid for.

The fact that a package containing supposed “Golden Goose” shoes can be seized for being counterfeit should immediately raise serious concerns about what this company is actually selling. Customers expect authentic products when they place an order, not knockoffs that get confiscated before they even arrive.

To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue quickly, I was left dealing with the situation myself while still being out the money for a product I will never receive. Any legitimate business would immediately issue a refund and investigate how counterfeit goods ended up being shipped to a customer.

This experience raises major questions about the legitimacy of their inventory and their accountability to customers. I strongly recommend people think twice before ordering here. If something goes wrong, you may end up with nothing while they keep your money.

2 months of fake tracking number, multiple emails sent that went unanswered. Shoes eventually arrived and are FAKE! You could smell the spray paint as soon as you opened the box. The dust bag was not the same one GG uses. The laces and stitching are cheap and clearly low quality. The "leather" is plastic! I ordered through Shop. This is a SCAM and both Dani Dyers and Shop should be held accountable.

Do NOT Buy from this pathetic website and business, from shipping issues, no tracking to fake Golden Goose Ball Stars and no replies when asking for a return shipping and a refund. This is a terrible representation of a online shopify business. Utterly disgustng

More than two weeks ago, I ordered a pair of shoes from Dani Dyer’s webshop. Initially, I received a proper tracking/order number. However, after that, I heard nothing further. I have since made several attempts to get in touch, but there has been no response. I strongly suspect that nothing will be delivered and that my money is gone. Very disappointing!

Absolutely Shocking Experience. Order No D41160

It has been over 6 weeks since I placed my order for 2 pairs of Golden Goose trainers, (Pair ladies and pair of gents) they eventually arrived, both ladies pairs. I returned the mens pair which has been received, I have checked the tracking. Was promised a replacement pair as originally ordered. I have nothing, have been emailing and phoning.I have had absolutely no responses, it's outrageous. I really don't understand how this company can trade, there customer service is appalling.

SCAMMERS!!! This company and I quote from the United States Postal Service uses fraudulent shipping codes. USPS said there are numerous issue with this company for the same thing. I ordered a pair of Golden Goose through Shop.com. All was good and the first few emails back and forth on where the shoes were went fine, however once the shoes allegedly were state side the emails stopped. If you call their AI only phone number you will get no where and they wont let you speak to a person. Leave a message and no one will call you. My emails have not been returned and when I called Shop.com or Shopify they both said to call my bank to stop payment.
