This began a while back as a 1-star review, after there appeared to have been no progress for a fortnight on my order, and online efforts to contact the company were bounced back with error messages.

But within hours of posting that earlier review, I was emailed by Edward of Danielre, often mentioned favourably here on Trustpilot for his excellent customer service, who got things moving.

He pledged UK delivery on 10 December all the way from China, and he was as good as his word. My pair of white woollen pleated trousers arrived this morning, bang on schedule, and they are beautiful.

The product matches the photos and description exactly. At their Black Friday discount, these trousers are also excellent value by comparison with all rival products I vetted.

One of their greatest strengths is also a potential drawback: the waistband offers no visible or invisible means of support such as side adjusters or hidden elastic. This makes for a most elegant look, and was a key reason I chose them, but ideally you need your waist to fill them out perfectly to prevent slippage. However, I knew this from the website when I ordered them, and will get my tailor to take them in for a snug fit.

Once I've worn them in satisfactorily, I fully expect to order from this company again, and would even consider a suit made to this standard.

My only reason for restricting the rating to 4-stars at this stage is all the kerfuffle over shipping. I heartily commend and thank Edward for his help, but have to hope it will not always take such heroic service on behalf of myself or others to get Danielre's fine fits off the docks at Qingdao.

This is the 5th time I buy from DanielRe.

The trouser are marvelous, the quality is really good, besides that is really important to highlight the costumbre service. They always answer their mails back following your requests and delivery times are always on time.

I really recommend this brand as they provide some exclusive products which you can’t get them everywhere. My main contact Edward is very reagent and kind to understand and response my queries.

The suits of Daniel re collection are very amazing and beautiful

When I first started buying from DanielRe I went in quite blind. The quality is unquestioably high, but there isn't much traction around the brand and reviews were mixed.

However after 5 purchases I can vouch for the quality, the pristine customer service and that you get what you pay for.

Furthermore, this is a site that values its loyal customers. I ran into an error where a suit was made in the wrong fabric, wrong size and with missing the correct buttons.

The suit cost total was 700 euro. This expectedly had me worried at first, but upon communicating with the customer service agent, Edward, it was quickly cleared up after supplying sufficient proof of the human error. I was allowed to keep the suit to do with it as I pleased, and they began construction of a brand new suit in the correct color, size etc, free of charge.

It just arrived today, fresh out of the box, perfect to the letter. Exacly as advertised.

I've enjoyed my business dealings so far, but it's not until now that I'm truly confident in them, and greatly look forward to future dealings with confidence.

The quality is exceptional, feel is marvelous, and the signature design is just exquisite and has me hooked entirely, namely per custom specifications with other tailors. Someone else have written cheap chinese copy, which I thoroughly vouch against. There is nothing cheap or fake about these products. They are made in China, except for their Luxury selection I believe. But this isn't of any concern since the tailors are highly competent as they are in Thailand as well.

I've run into 1 issue only on this website, outside of human error which can happen to any company.
And this was the fabrics delivered versus the fabrics advertised.

I have yet to buy enough of their suits to figure out how far this applies to older fabrics, but they are continuously upgrading their selection and some fabrics go out of production. This results in the same exact guaranteed quality, but slight alterations in the fabric color and design per my own experience.

This is something that is being discussed internally as to change the imagery on the site for certain suits, but considering the lack of attention to the situation and no customer complaints filed, this hasn't gone through fully to my knowledge.

Therefor Ill conclude this review by saying the following:

The company is legit, the quality is exceptional, the fabrics are beautiful, the customer service is splendid and reliable. However, I do recommend anyone who makes a purchase to file an enquiry ahead of time to ensure you get the correct fabric in case you like me ended up with an upgraded model that simply differed slightly too much for me to be completely satisfied with my purchase at the time.

A suit in question here is the Manhattan Light Grey Pinstripe Suit.

Other than this single factor, I fully vouch for shopping at DanielRe. They've quickly become my favorite not just because of the quality and lovely discounts, but also because of the customer service that wont let you down.

5 stars out of 5 with a seal of caution due to their fabric upgrades and slight differences herein that need more clarity to ensure better transparrency between company and customer.

Now I'll go and enjoy my new yellow Doha Suit.

The shirt I ordered was a blue and white stripe shirt, where the stripes were thick giving it a unique look. The shirt I received was just a shirt with thin blue/white stripes and nothing like what was shown on their website. Buyer beware!

I recently bought from Danielre Colletion 7 suit and 4 pants the quality is superb you have to wait a little but the result was excellent, good customer service recommended to everyone

So i bought a red cotton Trouser on DanielReCollection. They do lot of promotion on instagram, with very good photos, and decide to buy one of their products.
So First the delay are so long. They said 2-3 Weeks it's wrong. I ordered the 10 december and i receive it the 19 january so more than 1 months, with no info during this period.
Next, when danielRe sent me an email for the delivery with Fedex, i had to pay 30€ for taxe, so it's very expensive.
Finally, they speak about made in Italia, self-made, etc... Their products come from China, it's written on my purchase order, and it's marked the trouser cost 35 dollars. I paid 140€ on danielRe.....
The cut of the pant are not perfect, a little bit too long.
The only positive point it's that the color red is like on instagram, and the cotton are good (for the moment).

Cheap Chinese copy of the shirts shown on the website, looks nothing like what’s in the photos and I doubt it will survive one spin in The washing machine, the collar is made of cardboard inside and no returns accepted

Nice experience. Ordered my custom suit on May 22, and had it delivered June 15. The size ratio fits really well, although it was a bit loose on the hips, and there has been good service from the dealer all the time.
