Website made it very easy to find what I was looking for at the right price. Prior to using my vest, upon opening the conceal carry pocket, it pulled the snap off of the leather. I reached out to customer service and within 2 days a replacement was on the way. Working with Jason Butler through the process was seamless. I manage a call center and expect my team to provide great service to everyone. I experienced that service with Jason.

Are you kidding me?!? Daniel Smart Mfg makes one hellova leather vest. I was alittle skeptical about ordering from them since this was the 1st time but they really went beyond my expectations. Customer service is above and beyond what I've received from any other manufacture. First I get a call from Daniel Smart because he had a question. Then the service I got from Jason Butler. He had me emailing back with answers to questions he had about my order. I ordered three items and he had question in regards to one item so he sent 2 items ahead and waited for my answer in regards to the questionable item. He then mailed that item to follow. I couldn't be happier with this company and it's employee.

Although it took 3 weeks to recieve, the shockster vest is top notch,world class. Heavyweight vest will last for decades

My first order was an XL this ran small. I had to order an XXL. I usually wear a L. My experience is order 2 sizes up from your original size. Otherwise, the material is superior to other brands and the colors are beautiful.

My favorite vest disappeared while back . I was scared to replace it, cuz it was quality. Dyslexia makes online anything a nightmare. I picked this company, ordered a custom build. After talking to Jason Buttler multiple times to correct my errors and then second guess myself ...Jason took it like a pro. And I'm happy with my leather. I had ordered a vest in error. I received an email over the weekend that it was being processed . I reached out and asked if the order could be cancelled. I hadn’t meant to pull the trigger yet.
